This is the perfect size labret for my tragus and it's very sparkly. However, something that they don't say in the description is that this is externally threaded, which sucks because I was looking for something that I could screw my other internally threaded balls onto. Also, my piercing is fairly new (less than a year) and I don't think I'll be able to use this until it's completely healed because I don't want to scratch the crap out of my piercing.

I had been looking for jewelry for my tragus piercing since I first got it done, and everything that I had tried irritated my ear. This labret was perfect! It didn't bother my sensitive ear at all! The post is small enough that I can even wear headphones when it's in. It's great quality and a great price! Plus, the AB is really pretty, especially in the sunlight. I was so happy with it, I talked my roommate into getting one as well.

I love this. It's the perfect post for my medusa. The size of the ball is just right, the AB gem matches my other piercings, the length is perfect, and the backing is smooth and comfortable. I lost the ball on my last one so I had to re-order. I have yet to find anything that I like to wear in my medusa more than this.

Sorry to report that although I have never had any sensitivity issues wearing economy steel (or anything else, for that matter), this piece really bothered a decades old cartilage piercing. I tried leaving it in hoping it would settle down, but after 4 days I had to give up. The gem is decently sized and set, noticeably light blue, and can be re-purposed on other externally threaded jewelry.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to wear this piece because before I even screwed the ball onto the post (while in my lip), the gem fell out of the ball. So now it's just a ball with a large hole where a gem should be. Might order another one in the future because it's a really pretty piece. Still have the post though, and it's very comfortable.

This was an ok purchase. I can't use the back it came with because my lip tends to go around it a bit too much. I generally wear a 5mm back disc but these were smaller and thinner.
The ball itself is decent. The metal has a nice shine but the gem is a bit smaller than my other ones of the same style but different manufacturer.
I probably won't get anymore of these but its a good back up piece to have when I feel like something that stands out.

This was great while it lasted, but a day after getting it, I lost the ball. However, I really liked what I got to wear of it. The gem was a light green, like peridot, nice and sparkly. The size was perfect, discreet but still noticeable. A great buy, just be careful not to lose your ball.

Really pretty color! Nice length, but too short for my seconds (7/16" from back to ball front) even though I've bought 5/16" earskins and plugs which have worked fine. The ball is alittle large for me, ~3mm, but that's my personal aesthetic.

I just got this yesterday and it is incredibly hard to get the gem off only after I did and had it on it was so very easy to lose the gem. so now I'm screwed. the 5/16 shaft looked more like a 3/8 one but it didn't bug me as much.

I initially bought these for my nostril piercings but they are too big to not overpower my face. They are in my ears, though! The quality is good. Not very good and slightly overpriced for the product in question IMHO but they are a decent investment if you have a couple of ear piercings to fill up.

I bought one of these for my monroe after the one I got pierced with was too long. Not good! The backing isn't as rounded and nice as professional jewelry and the sharp back caused sever gum erosion to take place. I immediatly rushed to my piercer to get better jewelry and stop further erosion. Now my gums are deformed because of this stupid stud.I stuck it in my tragus and it's a bit too long, so I'm prolly gonna end up throwing it away :(

I bought this in 16g, which is probably the reason i find the gem so small. I wear it just to keep something in my tragus piercing. I don't mind that the gem is small but its that the piece of metal holding the gem is sort of larger, so there's more silver than purple, in my case. Its good quality and I'd buy another, but probably in the next gauge up.

I got these in 14g light green and dark green. These are such cute pieces. They look awesome in my labret. I want to get them in all the colors. I especially loved the 5mm gem, it is much bigger and sparkly.

I got the clear gem and when i went to unscrew the ball the gem came out. I hadn't even gotten to put it in before it came out. I'm kinda bummed i spent the money and didn't get to use it. Maybe i just got a dud but it's a bummer.

i bought this to go in my tragus piercing because i really don't like the large curved barbell i was wearing. it fits perfectly, looks feminine and sparkly. it seems well made, i've had no problems with it at all and will be back to purchase other colors soon.

I actually wear these in my ears they are a bit long for them but they are cute. I've only lost one ball so far, but getting a new one was cheap so no big deal really.

I got two of the 16g clear gemmed ones for my tragus piercings. They're perfect! The gems are very sparkly and pretty, and the length fits my tragus perfectly, it doesn't stick out at all. The threading didn't bother my piercings at all. Plus, the shipping was very fast. Thank you BAF!

I ordered two of the clear gem ones, the inside plate is thicker than normal, and one of the gems was out of the ball when i received it in the mail. The other one was fine, but luckily i was able to fix the defective one with my moms nail glue. the ball doesnt quite screw on all the way but it isnt noticeable.

wow BAF!! I live in England, and my order still got here in two weeks... incredibly fast for an over-the-seas order. I ordered a 16g and put it in as soon as I opened my package. It is be-a-u-tiful. It sits perfectly and looks awesome. Nice and sparkly, always a plus! The threading didn't bother my piercing at all, and it is extremely comfortable... it fits perfectly, doesn't touch teeth or anything at all. thanks BAF!

Very very nice! For the price, absolutely amazing. I wish the gem had more sparkle & shine to it, but for the price, I cannot complain. The steel seems to be a good quality -nice and smooth. The external threading didn't seem to bother my well-healed labret, and I must say, I am very pleased! :)

I also ordered two 16g AB for my snakebites, they got in this morning and they're effing gorgeous. They look so cute there, and sit perfectly. Only problem I have is that the threading on one of them came messed up, and I can't get the ball to stay on the post for more than five minutes, it's really loose and wiggles off. Hopefully I can get a new piece. The other is perfect. These are absolutely adorable. <3

I recently bought these for my tragus and I am surprised at the results. They fit wonderfully, had no trouble getting them in, and unlike hoops, they don't irrate me when I lie my head down. They look fantastic and I even bought a nose stud to match them. Together, I am indeed impressed.

I bought two of these in AB for my snakebites and they are absolutely beautiful. I first put them in and they kind of sank in, so it hurt quite a lot. But my lip has gotten used to it and isn't trying to heal over the back anymore. Anyway... my favourite piece of jewelry yet. Thank you, BAF! :D

I received my labret yesterday and i love it! It's the perfect length and the jewel is so tiny and adorable but still puts the bling bling in my piercing!

I bought one of these in green for my monroe and I was so disapointed because it looked awkward as ass in that particular piercing. However, it looked adorable in my conch piercing so I'm still pretty happy.

these little gems "no pun intended" are great!!! I wear one in my nose and lip and i just bought another one for my philitrum.I get compliments on them everyday and the price you cant beat with a stick!!

I bought one of these for my conch piercing (16g 3mm AB gem), and I could not POSSIBLY be happier. The length was perfect, and the gem size is dainty and cute without being TOO small. The flat end of the gemmed ball was easy to grip and insert even with my long fingernails. I'll definitely be buying more of these!

I got two of these in 18g for my younger sister to wear in her lobes, and I must say I'm impressed. The balls are three millimeters across, and the gems are still set flawlessly. In addition, the balls screw in perfectly to the posts, no uncovered threads or anything. Completely worth the price, just wish there were more color choices in that size.

I bought one with a black gem for my monroe. good quality for the price. My monroe didn't enjoy the thread though, I learned my lesson.
