They are a pain to put in. Its easier when you have tools to do it, other wise be prepared to sit there for a long time trying to get it. Once they are in though they are absolutely wonderful and you don't have to worry about them falling out like captives or loosing the ball for barbells.

Easy to put in and no worries of them falling out! I used two straight forceps, with the ends wrapped in medical tape to open and close these. Probably possible without the tools though too.

As long as you know how large or small the ring should be for your piercing- mine was nostril and I like my jewelry relatively small- these rings are fantastic. As the suggestion says, bend the edges away from each other to minimize warping the shape. I've ruined a few with pliers, not that they're terribly expensive to begin with but buyer beware! These are perfect and truly seamless if you just handle with care. Never fall out either... obviously :-)

I LOVE these. I have two in my nose and 13 in my lower ears. I never take out my rings and I love that you can't lose them. They are expensive little buggers but if you don't warp them (be careful) and don't take them in and out constantly, they will last forever.

Like the other reviews state - buy the tool! Even with the techniques and videos, it was difficult to open. Once I was able to open it, I loved the look and it was nice and truly seamless.

Bought this for my septum, I thought it would be less difficult to handle than a segment ring... well, it's not - I definitely need pliers to put it in, and it is really hard to close it properly. Anyway, once in it looks great, perfect size & great quality!

Love this ring. Looks great in my nose. I was having some issues with the open nose rings I was buying and I was worried I wouldn't find a cute hoop for my nose (especially at a 14g). This one is perfect. :) I do need pliers to put it in but that's expected. Great buy.

I got this to wear in my nostril piercing but it's too small (size 5/16" was perfect). It's easy to open and close because the gauge is so small so I'm just wearing it in my ear instead.

This is my #1 favorite thing to wear in my nostril! It's really easy to open and close and the 5/16" size is perfect for nose piercings (the 1/4" was too small for me). I love it and get so many compliments!

I cannot tell you how much I LOVE THIS RING! I avoid captives for the most part because of the hassle of having to get them put in and taken out by a piercer, I have tools but its still a hassle for me a bit to do it myself ....so I shopped around a bit and found these FLAWLESS (and ANATOMETAL!!) seamless rings that bend apart and back so PERFECTLY. I could not believe the ease in which it took to put this in. I friggin love it, BAF is the best place to ever buy jewelry from.

The ring looked so pretty when I was able to put it in, but it was definitely very tricky to handle, and unfortunately I messed around with it so much, it lost it's circular shape and won't close properly. It's obviously a very sturdy piece of jewelry, and I probably should've gone to my piercer...

A seamless ring seemed like the solution to my problems with septum jewelry, but at this gauge, it was impossible for me to close this particular ring. Very frustrating, it would've looked so nice if it would close!

This is the best thing to ever happen to my nostril piercing. Ever since I've had it, my nose has been red, irritated, and visibly swollen. This high quality jewelry does make a difference, and it feels great. Although it may take a little bit of finagling to get in, for those who have experience with ring opening, insertion is a breeze.
Posted on 11/29/2012
20g 5/16"
Although it is a tiny bit too small for the nostril piercing I bought it for, the ring is sturdy and wonderful enough that I keep it on hand for my lobes. I may put it and a few others through an eyelet in my septum one day, because it's too great to waste!

I really wanted to like this ring, but it just won't/ can't happen again. Getting it in was difficult, it required pliers. Getting it out required another person and pliers.

You defntly need a pair of plyers to open this thing. Its so hard to pry open that I can't even wear it in my septum. Perhaps its due to the small size, but I'll have to pass on these style from now on

I am using this as a navel ring. The seam is not uncomfortable and I never feel it. Sometimes I forget it's in. I was a little worried about messing the ring up after I opened it. Fortunately, this thing is very flexible and excellent quality. It is fairly easy to open but you do need to proceed with caution. Being too aggressive will warp the shape, just open it gently. It is the most comfortable piece of jewelry I wear out of 10 others!

I love these seamless rings. I got this one to wear in my septum. It's awesome but it's a little difficult to open and close and I need to use pliers to get it to close absolutely seamlessly, so if you like to switch out your jewelry on a regular basis, this might not be the best ring.

I bought this for my septum but it ended up not working out because in order to get it into my septum, I had to open the ring up pretty far. Then when I went to close it, it didn't line up together. If you are thinking of using it for a septum piercing, find something else. I think it would be good for a different piercing though.

note: you must have openers/closers for seamless stuff! but if you do, it's a cinch to open/close/insert and keep it from losing its shape.

This ring was purchased for my nostril, but I ended up using it in my earlobe because I found it nearly impossible to line up the ends upon insertion in my nose. I didn't want to cause too much trauma on my nostril trying to wrestle it into place. It works better for my second lobe piercing, though.

I bought this for my nostril to try out different diameters. The quality is fabulous, of course, and they are quite a bit stiffer than other rings of this gauge I have had - maybe they are not annealed? Not a good choice for my nostril, I've found, because they are difficult to line up properly.

I purchased this piece for my septum piercing. 5/16" is a close fit for me, and because of this placing the ring was difficult. I had a very hard time opening the ring (using the jump ring method) by hand but was eventually able to pry it open after a few tries. Closing was easier. I was unable to fully close the ring once placed in my piercing though (probably because of the thickness of nose skin/odd placement). I did eventually warp my piece. I think I would try this ring again but for an easier to change piercing like my ears.

Great product, got it today and put it in right away! Bends easily and can be bent back without distorting. Really does look seamless, and doesn't have the annoying disk on one end that some nose rings have. Great product for a good price.

I got this to wear in my septum. It's a cute little thing, but unfortunately I just don't like the way it looks on me. That has nothing to do with the quality of the jewelry though; it's a nice piece. I didn't have to struggle too much to open or close it even though I don't have pliers, and once it was in it was secure and comfortable. For the price, it's definitely worth a try.

Been wearing this for a while now in my septum, I love the look. Was somewhat difficult to open-close with my fingers, but do-able, I used the jump ring method. Seems like my piercing's been a little more sensitive than usual since I put it in, but overall I really like it.

These look really cool, but are difficult to bend with your bare hands, at least at such a small diameter. It might be easier if you get a larger diameter, but I would still invest in a couple pairs of flat nose jewelers pliers to open and close these. I really do no recommend opening them the way you would a captive, because it can misshape them and make them difficult to close all the way for that seamless look.
Posted on 1/15/2012
14g 5/16"
i ordered this one i made sure i had ring openers and closers. the seamless look is my favorite for my septum and as long as you use actual ring openers and closers when switching it out, then even the smaller gauges won't lose their shape

I love everything about these rings, except for the fact fitting two in your septum is not easy. The first one gives no problems, but getting the second one in & back to normal is a bit tricky. There was a lot of tugging & twisting to get it right, but after a five minute battle, it was over. They look awesome, and are super shiny. I definitely recommend them to anyone with an ounce of patience.

Love the way these rings looked. Hard to close and get seamless again though. I'm not sure why, but they really irritated my nostril piercings. Itchy as all get out. Not usually a problem I have with anatometal. I'm confused and a little sad that they didn't work out. Would definitely suggest to someone else though. I just happen to have extremely sensitive skin.

I bought this to wear in my septum and I LOVE how it looks. I used opening and closing pliers to put it in and encountered no problems. However, the trouble started when it came to getting it out. If you're looking for the snug septum look like me, I would not recommend this product for you. It was almost impossible to remove, even with pliers. You're better off using a clicker or CBR.

20g 3/8"
I got these rings to wear together in a single 16g side labret piercing, and they look amazing. The quality, as is always the case with Anatometal, is the best, but the "seamless" rings are not quite seamless. At this gauge, with extended wear in the lip, the ends start to separate slightly, but they are easy enough to fix without the use of tools.
Posted on 11/30/2011
12g 7/16"
Nice little ring with a smooth finish. However, it was very hard to get open, and I never got it closed all the way seamlessly. I suppose the right set of tools would help with this, but I may opt for something a little easier to open, just in case it needs to come out unexpectedly.
Posted on 11/29/2011
12g 3/8"
i purchased this for my man-friends side lip piercing. i was looking for a segment ring, but couldn't find one here that wasn't a pre order item in 12g with a 3/8" diameter. thinking these were annealed i thought they would work fine. they are not annealed. it is better to bend these rings side to side instead of trying to open them up so things line up as closely as possible when closing. he couldn't get the seam to match up perfectly, and had to use two pairs of pliers wrapped in tape to bend things. he doesn't change his jewellery generally, and he doesn't really like beads all that much, so the work he had to put into it isn't too bad, i suppose. if it were for me, i'd pre order segment rings in this gauge if i had to buy again.
Posted on 11/22/2011
18g 5/16"
Opens easily with fingers, but difficult to close without pliers. The pliers did scratch the jewelry a little, so be careful. I thought the 5/16 is just a tad too big for my preference, i like the really small rings.. so i went ahead and ordered the 1/4. Still waiting on it though..
Its pretty comfortable and looks nice. I'm happy to not have any captive ball! :)

3/8" was the perfect size for my snakebites... for a while. but when I ordered the 5/16" by accident I put them in anyways and I liked them much more. They're easy to bend. and while I used to be fond of that "snug" feeling the 3/8" gave me, I now appreciate the relief I get from the larger size. The increased bendability is also a bonus.

16g 5/16"
I can vouch for them being great in septums and snakebites. They can be tricky to put in at first but if you have a small gauge or large diameter it will be easier. I can get the 16gs in and out without tools but I can't even open the 14g.
Posted on 9/29/2011
16g 3/8"
I've used these exclusively in my snakebites for over a year now. They're amazing. At the gauge and diamater I have I can easily bend and bite them into a truely seamless ring. It was tricky at first, and nearly impossible for me to bend at a 14g. but the 16g 3/8" is perfect for me.

These are so hard to open and close, and I even have the tools to do so (I'm not using my fingers!) Pretty much a waste of my money trying to get them in. Unless you plan on wearing these long-term, try a segment or clicker ring because these are a PAIN to work with.
Posted on 9/16/2011
20g 3/8"
I liked the ring but I got it in a diameter that was too big for my nose. The ring was difficult to make the closure smooth on, so when the ring spun through the piercing, it irritated the hole and started to eventually get infected. If the ring is kept in place or is changed every once in a while there is no issue though.

This continuous ring sucked. I used it one time, bent it the hell out of shape, and never got it back to looking normal again. Total waste of money. Just go for a segment ring if you don't mind the seams too much.

Bought this for my septum. I had a really hard time opening it and shutting it. The seam was obvious, but my biggest issue was just not being able to line the two sides up after inserting it. I don't feel that this is as much of the fault of the jewelry as me just not having the right tools to open and close it though. Plus, having someone else insert and adjust if for you might help.

I highly recommend, almost on the level of requirement, the proper tools (such as needle nose pliers) for this product. It is relatively easy to open by hand but if you wish to close it flush it's as simple as a light clamp from the right tool. I wear this in my septum and am pleased with it, even more pleased than the other segment pieces I have. Leave it to Anatometal to do even the most simplest design better than others..

These are tough to open and close evenly. I have ring opening and closing pliers and still find it hard to get the edges to line back up exactly. I've also pulled them out of alignment with a comb before. Never felt any snagging from the seam catching in my nose or anything, and no problems with them touching and rubbing constantly. I did have to go to a piercer to get them put in, but they are definitely secure. Love them.

This is the second one of these I ordered for my septum. I'm currently wearing 2 of these. It's super comfortable and even with the 2 the seams don't rub weird or feel uncomfortable.

Hard to open, hard to close. Easier to use if you try to open it by pushing one side to the left and one to the right, rather than just pulling them apart. Beautiful product though!

The edges on this ring are so rough that it is unwearable as is. Oh well...

No major qualms - I bought one a year ago and it's still nice and shiny. I had some problems opening and closing the ring, but it's very comfortable to wear.

I got this for my septum. I had the 16g 5/16" one. It was AWFUL for my septum. It took forever to get in, and then I couldn't get it out! I had to cut it with wire cutters. Perhaps I should try again with a bigger size... because this was terrible!

I opened this the wrong way and kinda wrecked it. My bad. Nice finish and strong material.

The quality is good, but it got bent out of shape pretty quickly. That's my fault for not having any previous experience with seamless rings. I think I'll try it again soon - I really like it looks in my tragus!

16g 3/8"
I bought this to wear in my lip piercing and it was SO comfy. The first few times, the seam lined up perfectly - but after taking it out a couple times and switching it with a threadless bar, instead of a ring, the seam didn't QUITE match up and it was a little irritating when it twisted through my lip. (This was over the course of years, I'd say...)

14g 5/16"
The quality of this ring is great, but 14g is just too thick for me. I bent the thing all out of shape on my first try, and there's likely no fixing it. The price is good, and I knew they were hard to work with, so I'm not too disappointed.

16g 1/2"
I bought this for my labret because I like the look and feel of a hoop. I had been wearing a CBR up to this point, but got really tired of the ball twisting to the inside of my mouth and hitting my teeth. Right out of the package, I was impressed by how shiny and nearly seamless the ring was. I was really won over when I went to put it in... it bent easily with no tools and I was able to line up the ends perfectly in a matter of seconds. The trick, as a few other reviewers have mentioned, is to open it to the side, just enough to get it into your piercing and then carefully bend back to line the ends up. This may just be my permanent labret jewelry. Thanks BAF for a great product at a great price with speedy delivery!

I've had great previous experiences with continuous rings, so I didn't think much of getting this one for my nose. But I have to say, the smaller these things are...the harder they are to make cooperate. But, it's still good for what it is.

This is a nice little seamless ring. A nice alternative to a CBR, but a little tricky.

Comfortable once you have it in but if you do not get a big enough diameter it is a real pain to get in. Overall, I love it.

Getting the two sides to really line up is a bit of a challenge, but over all I like it.

This is my second experience with this piece. It's a great piece if you don't take out your jewelry a lot. I make jewelry and have a lot of experience opening jump rings, but I still mar the metal almost every time. I recommend this piece if you have a pair or two of needle nose pliers and a steady hand.

These are perfect. There is a tiny little seam on them but I'm wearing 2 of these in my septum so I can just slide that part into my nose. They do take some effort to close properly but definately worth it.

I can already tell that this piece is the perfect diameter for my septum. I think I'll have to go into a shop or buy some opening/closing pliers to get it in without damaging it.

This honestly didn't work out too well for me, but I did not have the appropriate tools for opening and closing. The metal was pretty dull, too. I'd say if you're going to get a smaller diameter, make sure you have the tools, or consider a cbr.

I got this because I have big lips...however, 1/2" is a little too big...But there are no flaws with the product other than my own mistake, it is resilient and makes a nice seamless ring. The key to maintaining it's shape is to bend it side to side to open, instead of straight open. Good product, most likely will be buying it in a slightly smaller size

I switch this in between my tragus, nose, septum, etc because it's just so darn easy to put in and forget about. It's like those scarf thing that can also be used as a hat, belt, dress, etc... :P

I purchased the 20g ring at 3/8" hoping it would be the right size for my septum. It was a perfect fit! It's quite adorable, small and delicate yet still remarkable enough to stand out a bit. I love the continuous style. It's never a bother to wear. I had no problems putting this in myself, just handled it very gently, didn't bend too far, went slowly. Great piece of jewelry!

Due to a low placement of my piercing, I eventually repurchased this ring the next diameter size down. It was very comfortable and easy to put in myself. On the next one I ran into a lot of trouble trying to put it in myself and wish I'd gone to a piercer. If you're not used to opening and closing jewelry gently, you might want to have someone else change it out for you.

Wore this in a nose piercing for two years. Put it in myself and would definitely go back and have a piercer put this in for me, as I distorted the shape when I closed it, couldn't get the ends to line up and couldn't get it tightly closed. Snagged it regularly on my wife's dreadlocks and eventually took it out so I could hug her without fear of entanglement (and the painful tug on my nostril when we pulled away). Since you ought to go to a piercer to change this out anyway, might as well get a captured segment ring, in our opinion.

Got this for my first septum. It hugs my nose perfectly. It was very hard to get it closed all the way at such a small diameter. I even went to a shop to get it in and they had difficulty. Luckily I don't have to ever change this jewelry.

A decent piece of jewelry. I bought this for my helix and, while it's a perfect fit, there are a couple of hitches. First, the ends are VERY flat and have sharp edges, meaning they scrape a bit going through the hole. Also, I wasn't able to close it properly -- I couldn't get the ends to line up right. Still, I can just turn the unsightly bit to the back and it works just fine.

I ordered two of these for my lip rings. One arrived with quite a large gouge/scratch, but BAF promptly replaced it free of charge and with no hassle. The product itself is great - good quality, great finish. I went to my piercer to have him put them in for me to avoid struggling with an damaging the finish of the jewelery. Comfortable to wear!

I thought this ring was going to be super hard to put in... but I used rubber band covered pliers to open and close it... and then I used 2 of my free o-rings to hold it from sliding around SO the slight opening hides in my septum like magic!

Very easy to put in, but you must be really careful to not bend it. I opened it just the way suggested, and I still bent it a little. I'm probably the only one that notices, but it was very easy to bend out of whack. Otherwise, very comfortable and affordable.

This ring is a great size for small noses. Although the edges are sharp if you dont take it out very carefully, ive cut my hole a couple times and they also lose their shape if twisted too far.

I use this ring for my nose piercing. It's a real nod to early 90s metal for me and complements my face. Unfortunately it easily bends out of shape from removing it/putting it back in. I have to switch to a nosescrew for my job, so I take it out a few times a week; still a good buy regardless.

16g 5/16"
got it for my lip when I first got it done and 5/16" was a bit too small. When it fully healed, the size was perfect. at this thickness and size, the ring is a bit hard to bend back into shape (I guess i don't have the finger strength...and my nails are a bit long). I usually get it close enough though.

A decent little piece. Not too sturdy, and didn't work for my nostril, but would have been just fine in a lobe piercing.

I just got a pair of these for my snake bites... i really wanted the seamless look, but I wasn't sure how practical these rings would be. I am quite pleased to say they are perfect! Since I've had this style before I had no problems getting them in, and I don't feel too worried about them getting bent out of shape like my old ones if I have to take them out often. They seem strong, and they look great :)

I got this for my lip and it fits and looks good. It was easy to bend to put in, but not so easy to bend back to it's exact shape. Though it still appears seamless to anyone else. I worry it might get bent out of shape if I have to take it in and out too often, but overall I am happy with the purchase.

it looks nice, it works well, but i think I prefer segments just cause i've gotten use to them!
**tip, if struggling to put ring back into place, take a napkin and just dry the inside of your lip and viola! less slip. cause well, that was my only issue with it.
difficult to bend it back cause it fits so snug to my lip but it looks perfect afterwards.

Although I ordered the correct size I found this especially hard to get into a nose piercing. I gently turned the ring near the opening sideways enough to fit, but it was just not enough to allow for easy insertion. I got it in but was then not able to bend it back into alignment. Nice quality but just not for me.

very nicely made. have these in other sizes/guages too. the smaller the diameter the more careful you must be to do the bend as the angle creates a touch more difficulty. with this in mind it went in great and closed nice and smooth.

These are terrificlly made. Easy to put in. No tools required. Simply GENTLY bend open sideways until wide enough space to insert and then GENTLY until pressure seems right push reverse till seam meets and continue until it is together again. It takes time but not long at all. Mine went right in and are as seamless now as they were when they came to me. I also have them in 14 guage so yes it can be done in the bigger sizes too. Excellent price for them too.

These are very well made. I happen to know how to open and close these for quite a while having learned from my piercer a long while back when these were first coming out. NO tools needed. Just open sideways a bit at a time until you have enough room to slide through the hole, then gently reverse the action a little give each time sideways until the pressure and slightness of bend brings them back together smooth and clean. Mine went in quick simple and look like they just came out of bag seamless. REALLY nice looking and the seams are smooth matching.

I'm a huge fan of this ring, but NOT for septum piercings. I had to wrench it open pretty far in order to get it through my septum, and then for the life of me I could not get the ends to close again perfectly. I finally was able to, but it took me a half hour. It is certainly not a good choice if you are going to be changing your jewelry frequently.

I purchased these for two cartilage piercings and loved them. They opened and closed easily. Purchased another ring in a larger size for my septum. It opened easily (used a ring opener) but when we tried to close it - with closing pliers - it bent and now has an odd oval shape. I was very disappointed and had to order another piece of jewelry.

I ordered the 14g 5/16" for my septum. This ring was a disaster from the beginning. Once I finally got it open with my pliers, I could barely get into my septum. Once it was in I had to use pliers to get it out again. After opening and closing it only a couple of the times the ring became so misshapen that it was completely unwearable. Then it became garbage. I recommend segment rings over these any day.

Perfect. I bought them for the second hole in my ear and they just barely fit (prob should have gone bigger). Since they fit so tight it was a bit to get them in and the ends lined up, but they are so comfortable that I leave them in there most of the time. Love 'em!

Accidentally ordered the wrong size, but it's still a super comfortable, attractive ring. Easy to open and close laterally; the ends line up perfectly when closed. For the price, I ordered another in the right size, because I prefer a tighter lip ring. Absolutely love it.

Beautiful finish! These are so touchy about how you open/close them....Open sideways and not apart or you may bend the hoop beyond fixing! I ordered too small a diameter for my septum, but fortunately these hoops look great in my ears (and are affordable too) :)

Very nice rings. Good and shiny. Got 2 of these and I put these into my double septum. They were a pain to work in because of their thickness but the scratchings on the rings from the tools rubbed right off and they've stayed shiny and comfortable. A good buy well worth the money.

I bought this for my nostril and it fits perfectly. It doesn't cling right to my nose but it doesn't hang down either. The seam is hidden perfectly too. Much much better than having a CBR where I had to keep turning the ball inside my nose because I didn't want it to show! You have to twist the ring to get it in, NOT pry the ring apart or it will lose it's shape and not be a perfect circle. Just take your time and be careful and you will have a beautiful ring. Very happy with my purchase!

Wow, this ring is super tiny and adorable!! It was easy to open but impossible to close -- the diameter is so small that I get no leverage; if I bought this again, I would consider getting a larger diameter just to get the thing closed! However, the ring is a great quality and very shiny.

I can't describe my love for this enough! I have never worn a nose ring before and thought I'd buy this. At $7, what's the harm. I could always use it for something else if I didn't like it in my nose. But I absolutely love it in my nose and the fact that this is snug and delicate looking. It was very easily bent. A little difficult to get in if you've never worn a hoop in your nose before. But it takes no longer than 5 minutes, at max, to put in. Definately satisfied with this product and will be buying it again.

I purchased two of these, one to use for my nose one for my lip. It was pretty much the perfect size for my lip but extremely hard to open once youve got it closed all the way. After it being so hard to open in my lip, i didn't put the other in my nose. Other than it not opening/closing well it looks good and is the simple small jewerly that i wanted it to be.

omg this is the best septum ring ever! i wanted one to super hug my nose and not have that annoying ball and this one is perfect! i brought it to a shop to get it put in tho cause based on other people's reviews it seemed like you can't really do it yourself. and the professional piercer even had a little bit of a hard time getting it in and closed (especially since i picked such a small one) but it's absoultly perfect and i recomend anyone to get it!

I really didn't get on with this at all. Even at 14g it was impossible to open with my hands alone. I opened it with piercing pliers and it bent so out of shape that it is now unusable. A waste of money for me, I will not be buying these again.

Gauge purchased: 16ga, 5/16"
I bought this to wear in my helix piercing. Very shiny, and great quality. The only problem is that the ring was extremely difficult to open, and I had to get a friend to help me close it. Even with his help, the ends don't seamlessly join up and there is an extremely small gap. However, I don't notice the gap, even when it passes through the fistula. I wouldn't get this if I planned on changing jewellery often, but since I don't intend to change it at all, it's perfect for my helix.

The size was good for my nostril, and it looked good when it was in, but it was nearly impossible to take out. I ended up irritating my piercing so much taking it out that I couldn't put anything back in. If you want to buy it, I'd recommend having a friend or piercer help you in and out of it.

I don't like the look of CBRs in my nostril, and I find the seamless rings an absolute nightmare to put in, so I bought some of these as an alternative. They look cute as anything and are very shiny and a great quality metal, but I find it almost impossible to get them to keep their shape. I've opened/closed them carefully using appropriate tools, but I can never get them to fully close, and after taking them in/out a few times they get rather bent. If I was going to be wearing one continuously for a long time then it wouldn't be a problem, but I have to wear a stud for work so it's not ideal for me.
All that said, they're still pretty handy overall and I will continue to wear them. I just wish I didn't have to replace them so often!

Gauge purchased: 14g 5/16". I got this for my septum but it didn't work out. I ended up just bending it all out of shape. I think this would work better in smaller gauges.

Gauge purchased: 18g. I have to say as beautiful as this piece is, it is very hard to bend. I bought this for my orbitals, it didn't work out.

Gauge purchased: 18
Bought this for my nose and not the first one I've purchased. Super shiny, nice smooth ends and easily bendable without being too "soft". I don't often wear rings but when I do I can't see myself wearing any other.

Gauge purchased: 20 I bought 2 of these for my nose piercings and they work great. They really look seamless and are just bendable enough to get in and have been holding up really well. Tons of compliments!

Gauge purchased: 16g. These are really difficult to open and close properly with the seam being invisible..but, they are nice nonetheless. At least they won't ever fall out, =]

I hated the way CBRs looked in my nose, espcially when I stopped putting the annoying little ball in. I always wondered how other people had such perfect nose rings that didn't have a gaping hole or a ball... now I know its this ring. I got an 18g and I just bent the ring without the use of pliers. It was easy to put in and easy to close. Very comfortable to wear. I've worn it for months and I love it.

Gauge purchased: 16g 1/2 I got this for my lip piercing but its way to big so I'm going to use it when i get my nose pierced

Gauge purchased:20g 5/16ths.
I got this for my sister's nose piercing. It was very hard to open, even at this tiny gauge, and even harder to close. We also couldnt get it to look seemless, even after an hour of fiddling. It was shiney and flawless though. very pretty!, but difficult to work with.

Really nice, but have to be careful when opening and closing this ring that it doesn't become mis-shapen, but this size was perfect and snug. really cute.

This seamless ring is AWESOME. It fits perfectly around my nostril and is very, very light. I love it, and I am so unbelievably glad I ordered it. &As always, there was a super fast delivery! Thank you, BAF! You are wonderful to me!

Gauge purchased: 18g, 1/4" diameter.
I got this for my new helix. It was easy to put in, but closing it took a LOT of wrestling, and it doesn't close completely. It was definitely easier than a CBR, but I still would've been better off going to a piercer to get the jewelry changed.
It's really shiny and fits my ear perfectly, and I'm glad I'm wearing it, but getting it to close was hell.

Gauge purchased: 16 ga these are great. the 16 ga is easy to bend and they went in very easily. they are simple and pretty- a very nice change compared with CBRs and circular barbells.
Posted on 8/22/2008
Gauge purchased: 12g. I was able to get it open, but haven't been able to close it yet. If you get this at a slightly bigger gauge, you will need ring opening/closing pliers for it. Or you'll have to get a piercer to put it in for you. I'm a little sad because I know it would look awesome in my daith.
Otherwise, a great product.

I bought these for my snake bites. I have small lips so every ring I get always looks huge. But these are perfect. They're easy to open and they close back easily. I love them.

Gauge purchased: 20g & diameter 5/16"
I carefully measured the distance between the piercing to the tip of my nostril to get the right size but although it was exactly 5/16", this ring is too big :( I wanted something snug so I just re-ordered one but 1/4" this time. The 20g is gorgeously small and it's very easy to open, although slightly harder to close once in my nostril!

Gauge purchased: 16 This ring is perfect. Easy to open with my fingertips, and very nice looking - shiny and just the right size for my septum piercing. A great go-to piece for everyday wear.
Posted on 7/10/2008
Gauge purchased: 10g. I bought this without owning ring openers and let me tell you, it is impossible to open. I haven't been able to open it even with regular pliars yet. Which is sad, because I know it would look awesome in my septum.

I love it. Very high quality and it fits snug to my nose. Anatometal makes good stuff.
Posted on 6/23/2008
Gauge purchased: 18g 1/4in. I bought one for one of my nostril piercings and I love the way it fits. I love that it just hugs my nostril. I only wish I had bought a ring closer or something to get it closed more smoothly.

Absolutely perfect. I have a friend that is jewelry challenged. He tends to wear silver. In cartilage. After several suggestions to buy something else, I finally just bought him a pair of these. His ears are very tender, due to his self neglect, so I kept them small.
I was slightly afraid we'd need pliers or openers/closers to get them on/off. No such worry. They easily open and close and go right back to the original shape without much fuss at all.
Nice polish, good weight for the size. I'll be sizing up his jewelry after his ears heal up and rest a bit. My next order will definitely one for my septum, as I've always wanted a demure septum ring. (My current is just "blah")
I order a lot online. Sometimes you get a good company, sometimes, not so much. I was very pleased with the quality of this order, the freebies, the price of shipping and the amount of time it took me to get it.
Bravo.

Gauge purchased: 16g. I bought this for my nostril piercing. I love the look of a ring, but I hated wearing a CBR in it, so this was a perfect match for me. It's a little tough to get the ends to match up perfectly after opening it, but I hardly take it out, so that's fine. Wonderful product!

Gauge purchased: 14g, 18g.
I use these for my labret and my eyebrow. Occasionally they don't match up, but that doesn't bother me.

Gauge purchased: 14 gauge, 5/16". This ring has a great polish and is easy to open, with ring openers. You also need ring closers to get it back to its original shape, of course. I am using it to wear through a tunnel in my 2ga septum and it looks awesome.

Gauge purchased: 16g 7/16". I am very happy with these rings.they have a great shine to them. Having the opening and closing pliers makes things a lot easier by the way. Overall great buy.

i bought this for my nose. the only thing was that when i went to close it, it lost its shape =( other than that, its lightweight and comfortable

got 1/2" for my lip ring. the ring it self very shiney. its perfect for my lip.
one drawback is that the ring got a little out of its rounded shape while i closed it...

I purchased this for my nostril piercing. It's definitely a quality piece, really nicely polished and all, but to be honest I prefer Body Circle's continuous rings as the seam is a lot less noticeable.

Gauge purchased: 10g, 3/8". GO TO YOUR PIERCER IF YOU DON'T HAVE CLAMPS, especially in sizes 10g+. I wear this piece in my septum every day; it has a beautiful shine and all around looks pretty righteous.

I bought these for a friend who is interested in stretching up to an 8g. She totally loves them. They are pretty enough to wear with anything (jeans or an evening dress) and she says that they are perfectly comfortable to swim, shower and sleep in! She even got them in by herself (without tools.) Don't ask me how, but she did! She highly reccomends them to anyone who is not a fan of CBRs, but still wants a hoop!

I bought this in an 18G for my smiley, and I love it. It was easy to open, and bend back into shape. I've had it in for a month now, and its wonderful! Very impressed.

I received this piece about a week ago and i love the way it looks, shiny and perfect, however i almost ripped my lip off trying to get it out.
i will be going to my piercer next time i wish to use this piece, i recommend you do the same.

I just got these little guys in the mail (14g, 1/4') and I love them! I went to my piercer to put them in my helix because I didn't have the tools to do it myself, and they look great. You can barely see them seam at all.

I just got the 18g 5/16" for my tragus today. It took about 10 minutes and some pliers to get it closed into the perfect seamless circle, but it's shiny and looks great!
Posted on 10/21/2007
This is a perfect ring. I got one in 18g 5/16" for my nose and it was very easy to open and put in and close again. I don't know how long it will last being opened and closed regularly but it looks great, very shiny and for the price I will simply replace it if it gets misshapen. Thanks again BAF!

i have this in 14g (5/16"dim)that i bought for my septum...and I made a mistake because it is extremely hard to open and close this thing, so it got all bent out of shape. overall, it's kind of hard to work with this piece.
Posted on 9/15/2007
I bought one of these rings for my rook and I absolutely love it. All you have to do is twist it until it's open wide enough, put it in, and twist it back. Now I don't have to worry with that annoying balls anymore!
Posted on 8/10/2007
I absolutely LOVE this little guy. I bought the 14g 5/16 for my lip and it fits perfect. The only trouble I have is because it fits so perfect its hard to take in and out. I had surgery on Monday and had to take it out and I wasn't careful and ruined it. I ordered a new one Monday night and it was in the mail this morning, Thursday. I paid for the cheapest shipping too! I love BAF!

i bought this to wear through a tunnel in my septum piercing. its at a 10g, but i wanted to be able to wear a ring with a small enough diameter to just hug the bottom of my nose. when i got the tunnel in, and at 16g with a 5/16" diameter this was easy to bend and put in my nose. i had to use pliers to close it all the way but it didnt dent or anything because it didnt take much force on my part to get it to close. this was a great purchase.
Posted on 7/25/2007
Wow, these could have been the most frustrating things ever. I got one in 16g 1/4" for my nostril....good god, that was painful. After about 30 minutes of yanking on my nose with pliers i got the little bastard in...but the metal was all dented...
Posted on 7/1/2007
These are basically just jump rings made of gray steel. They are not silver-toned liked they appear in the picture, just dull gray steel jump rings. They are easy enough bend open, but I have not been able to close them once they are on. Don't buy these unless you are familiar with this product and know how to use them. "Don't try this at home."
Posted on 5/29/2007
What a simple idea. Got a 14 g for my helix. I like it, don't have to be messing with little balls that leave indents on your fingertips or searching for your pliers. So easy to bend and so shiny. A clean look :)
Posted on 5/9/2007
I bought a pair of these to go in my second lobe holes at 18g, and am very impressed! They were easy to twist open and closed, and have the exact simple look that I want.
Posted on 5/5/2007
this looks great and came in the mail super fast. my only concern is that because i got it in 10g & 3/8" for my septum, theres no real way to get it upen without using pliers and im afraid of scoring the metal trying to get it in. well, let me rephrase that-- i scored it a bit when i opened it using pliers. I wish i had known it would be a b***h to open, and i would have been better prepared. the scoring isnt too noticable though and i still get tons of compliments on this little guy! its the first piece of jewelry ive had in my septum since my initial retainer.
Posted on 2/4/2007
This is just awesome! I purchased one to go in my nostril. It's so much easier for that than messing with CBRs. It looks great, was easy to bend and feels great.
