The gems are small but sparkly at 0g. The steel is also shiny but this pair of plugs have some weight to them. If you want something similar tunnels would be better if you are concerned about them being heavy.
Posted on 12/5/2012
Love these plugs. Sometimes I hear the gems moving around, but the bezel setting holds them in tight.
Posted on 11/5/2012
These were pretty heavy, in ear, but otherwise pretty comfortable. You don't notice the weight after about 15 minutes of wearing, and the wearable is really smooth. The gem is also nice and flashy (which, why else would you want these?)
Very happy with these plugs!
Posted on 10/22/2012
Love these, they are cute, comfortable and great for work. The grove in the back for the O-ring makes it secure.
Posted on 8/29/2012
I love these. If you're trying to hide a stretched lobe, these are good because they just look like a "normal" gem earring. Definitely appropriate for an office setting. They're pretty light too. I even found them comfortable for sleeping! And good for sensitive ears. Overall, these are FANTASTIC for the price!
Posted on 8/3/2012
These bling so much. Everyone who sees me wearing this in my conch ALWAYS asks where I get it from. They're so beautiful!
Posted on 6/18/2012
These plugs are an absolute staple for me. Much worn and much loved, but just as pretty now as when I bought them and very subtle.
Posted on 5/31/2012
I need a plug that will blend in for work, and this is perfect! Nobody can tell it's a stretch, and it's really pretty.
Posted on 5/25/2012
The stretch from 5/8" to 3/4" has been a pain in the neck for me for almost a year now. This nice in between size was super helpful. Plus, these are so pretty and shiny. As many of the reviews said, they do have some weight to them. So if you like super lightweight these definitely are not for you.
Posted on 4/2/2012
I love these so much! Great for special occasions and hiding the fact that you're spacing your ears. When mine were delivered a gem fell out but baf is great and are sending me another pair! Love then and love the site
Posted on 3/9/2012
A little heavy but looks good.
Posted on 2/22/2012
These are a great deal for the price. I was hoping the surface of the gem would be a little larger, but it's still pretty. Would be great to wear to an office job.
Posted on 2/8/2012
Nice sparkle for such an inexpensive piece. Great option if you are stretching toward a goal and want something pretty to wear without breaking the bank.
Posted on 1/25/2012
I originally bought these in a smaller gauge, but now that I'm sizing up I felt it was a MUST to buy them again in this size. They are perfectly work-friendly! Love them!
Posted on 1/2/2012
I got these because my father doesn't approve of my gauges, and with these he doesn't mind them. After a while they start to feel a bit heavier than the earings that I am used to, but not annoyingly heavy. They have a nice sparkle, and for the price a great purchase.
Posted on 12/26/2011
really cute plugs! the sizing is good and the flare is a bit different..it is like a rim rather than a smooth flare but it stays put just as well. definitely have some weight to them!
Posted on 12/14/2011
These are good "incognito" earrings - they look almost identical to the faux diamond studs many of my female co-workers wear. I can also slip hook earrings for unstretched ears under the plugs and wear them that way, which looks cute. Comfortable and well made, sparkly, just what they appear to be.
Posted on 12/6/2011
I love these plugs! They have a nice weight to them, but they aren't too heavy. I was worried they might be a bit large or flashy, but they aren't they are perfect! I wear them to work when I am trying to look a bit more professional.
Posted on 11/28/2011
awesome, gorgeous and really comfortable!
Posted on 9/27/2011
I am not normally one for "bling" and I hesitated to purchase these, but they are really nice in the ears. The weight is nice and they are good quality. Pretty.
Posted on 9/12/2011
Wore these to my girlfriend's homecoming, they looked really nice. Pretty heavy, but they're nice.
Posted on 9/6/2011
I have these in 4g, so I knew the 8g would be a great product for the price. And it is. Speedy delivery as always and it seems that they accidentally gave me two stickers instead of one. Score!
Posted on 6/8/2011
SO shiny & glitzy perfect for anything
Posted on 5/10/2011
These plugs are great. The bling is smaller than most other options(which I like) and it hides the fact that you have stretched lobes. I like the weight to these as well. The groove seems a bit deep and the wearable area a tad too large but I'm very happy with them and just purchased a higher gauge.
Posted on 4/25/2011
LOVE these. fit perfectly and very comfortable!
Posted on 4/25/2011
The steel is amazing and these are so wonderful. They provide the perfect twinkle!
Posted on 4/22/2011
I bought these for grad, I was pretty disappointed with the length on the plug, they were way too long for my lobes. Other then that they're great
Posted on 4/20/2011
I really like how these look. They're perfect for work. The only problem is they keep falling out because the o-rings come off, so I don't wear them a lot.
Posted on 3/27/2011
I really like these alot since they are nice plugs that go with everything. They have a nice and pretty sparkle to them. I was unhappy however that I didn't check the bag before opening it (in which is like the first time I didn't =o\ )apparently one of the gems fell out! Some super glue fixed it but I have to just careful with it incase that the gem could fall out again. However the other gems in the other 2 plugs I bought seem stable. Beware of the o-ring grooves also..they are the deepest grooves I have ever seen and can on catch your skin hurt a bit getting them in. All in all though I love them and have been wearing them frequently.
Posted on 3/8/2011
These plugs are fantastic! They have a good weight to them and shine beautifully. The o-ring grooves are really convenient too!
Posted on 2/11/2011
Love these! Very work-appropriate and professional looking, they look pretty much like traditional earrings.
Posted on 1/18/2011
These are gorgeous, although as stated they're quite heavy..it's pretty manageable.
Posted on 1/17/2011
Wow, these are gorgeous! When I reach my goal size, I'll definitely be re-purchasing. They're simple enough to add flair to any outfit, formal or not.
Posted on 1/1/2011
These babies are H-E-A-V-Y. After repeatedly weighing them on my hands,I finally took them out the baggie and was in AWE. They were shining and picking up light like crazy.
I was scaleped to 5/8 and wanted to go the correct route of stretching and bought these to go to 11/16. I kept them for a week but couldnt make anymore. They made my lobes droop a lot and I couldnt stand the weight no more, also to the fact, the day after getting them a gem dropped out. So I had to repeatedly keep checking it to make sure it's in.
And thanks to droop and being scaleped I was able to easily go to 3/4ths.
They are gorgeous but weigh too much. First jewelery I think I wouldn't recommend.
Posted on 12/28/2010
I love these.. They are nice and basic.. a great weight. and they go with everything!!
Posted on 12/22/2010
These are really adorable. I loved wearing them. There are no downsides to these earrings. Perfect.
Posted on 12/10/2010
Very cute and sparkly.
Posted on 12/3/2010
I really dislike these...Although they are not intended as conch plugs, I foolishly thought they would work for that...boy was I wrong! After about a half day of wearing these, my ears are INCREDIBLY sore. It might be worth it if they were ridiculously good looking, but sadly, they are not. They actually look really cheap.
Posted on 11/28/2010
nice plugs...the smaller sizes look like a traditional earing...they are a little heavy but they look great
Posted on 11/15/2010
Very nice earrings - very shiny! The o-ring groove is deep and got a bit stuck on one ear, but with a little extra pressure, they went through just fine.
Posted on 11/12/2010
These are some of my favorite. Look professional with anything.I've bought them in a couple of sizes.
Posted on 11/5/2010
these plugs are really nice and flashy, however they are really heavy, from what I read some people like that, its not my thing so I dont wear them all the time
Posted on 9/20/2010
Very nice and true to size a little on the heavy side… got them in a size 6 and 0 I had to get me some bling bling…LMFAO
Posted on 9/20/2010
Very nice and true to size a little on the heavy side… got them in a size 6 and 0 I had to get me some bling bling…LMFAO
Posted on 9/17/2010
Man, I love blingy plugs. You need a pair in every size, because you just need to look fly some days. These definitely have some weight to them, as they're solid steel, but I like heavy plugs. The O ring groove is also pretty intense and could spell trouble for fresh stretches. My only complaint is that the steel border thing around the CZ is a little thicker than I'd like-- I'd prefer more gem showing. But they're icy anyway.
Posted on 9/15/2010
LOVE these! They look great and are nice and shiny. Perfect for the days I want to dress up my ears a bit!
Posted on 9/14/2010
I bought these as a birthday present for my girlfriend and she was floored by them. The CZ is so shiny and beautiful. They are a bit heavy but that is to be expected with metal. She loves them so much and she thinks I spent a fortune on them since they are such good quality. That will be our little secret BAF ;)
Posted on 8/30/2010
I was impressed by the quality of this product. Especially at this price! They are a bit heavy though. The length seemed fine to me. And I had no problems with the O ring falling off, there is a nice channel for them. Nice.
Posted on 8/26/2010
a present for my sister they look really pretty in the light and they are cute
Posted on 8/23/2010
i was not impressed with these plugs, they were way to heavy, the wearable area was to long, and they arent as shiny as they are in the pic. I would not recommend these for someone at a larger gauge
Posted on 7/30/2010
Beautiful and comfortable. The length is great too. Highly recommend!
Posted on 7/29/2010
I purchased these while I was stretching up to 1/2". They were pretty heavy and would kind of look like they were "falling" out of my ear which was somewhat annoying. I would recommend only buying these in smaller sizes to avoid the weight problem. They are quite pretty for the price though.
Posted on 7/24/2010
I was disappointed when i got these not anything like i expected them to be the cz in them did not sparkle like the pictures make them out to be. Maybe cuase i got them in 6g and might be better in a bigger gauge.
Posted on 7/21/2010
I'm wearing these right now. I like them a lot. Good for work. Not as heavy as I had hoped but they are a nice, basic pair to add to my collection.
Posted on 7/18/2010
Got these for a friend who's stretching up. Their ok, I thought they looked better @ 8g.
@ 6g u can see that they're not the sparkly-est ones...
When she goes up to 4g I think she'll get the other hollow bling ones...
Posted on 7/9/2010
I bought these because the other economy gem plugs (http://www.bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=2482) weren't available in this size. the wearable length is much longer than the other plugs & these plugs are solid, kinda heavy. i am happy about this though because i know it will help prep my ears for the next stretch. the gems are prettier & shinier than the other economy plugs, but smaller. overall, i am very pleased with this purchase.
Posted on 6/14/2010
Just as nice as my 4g ones. I got this pair to match for my conches, and they're lovely.
Posted on 6/14/2010
Gorgeous! I had these in 6g as well and they are easily the nicest economy gems I've seen. They sparkle like nuts and the polish on the metal is great.
Posted on 5/31/2010
these are nice if you have to go out and look somewhat presentable..nice dimond in them..i bought mine for prom..lol
Posted on 5/20/2010
these plugs are absolutely beautiful!
they were the perfect weight to help with the transition to 1/2".
they are perfect for any special occasion.
Posted on 4/26/2010
I bought these for one of my friends who is in the early stages of stretching. I had previously bought the other holow cz gem plugs for another friend and was very dissapointed in the size of the gem, so i gave these ones a shot instead. Boy did i make a good decision! I gem on these ones are much bigger and more noticable. good buy for people at small sizes who want allot of sparkle.
Posted on 4/24/2010
Nice and Sparkly. Wouldn't reccomend them for a fresh stretch. The groove for the o-ring is VERY deep.
Posted on 4/9/2010
I didn't expect much from this product but they are suprisingly nice and a very good value for money. I would have liked the front face to have been slightly smaller but its not really huge.
Posted on 3/21/2010
I love these! No more lost o-rings because they're grooved. They're nice, shiny, and smooth. No complaints. They don't even look like plugs so I can wear them to just about anything.
Posted on 3/20/2010
These are really cool blingy plugs! I find them a little heavy but love wearing them!
Posted on 2/8/2010
Elegant and beautiful, not to mention the price! They're really, really heavy, though, especially in big gauges like 5/8"! But still beautiful! Thanks, BAF!
Posted on 2/8/2010
These are great for the price. Super-comfortable, very sparkley, with a nice deep groove for the o-ring.
Posted on 1/28/2010
These are way bigger and flashier than I thought they'd be. They're also nice and heavy. Love them. I'll be buying these in each size as I go.
Posted on 12/28/2009
I really liked these gauges one of my gems were lose but and easy fix
Posted on 11/24/2009
not bad for the price heavy so it helps with stretching to next size up..
Posted on 10/23/2009
These look a lot better than I imagined economy blings would; although they're not up Anatometal standards, they're nice if you're planning to stretch up and don't want to spend a lot of money on jewellery (as I am). Overall, very good for the price.
Posted on 9/18/2009
These are probably my favourite pair of plugs, I can still wear normal hook earrings with them and they still look classy!
Posted on 9/18/2009
I love the look of these plugs, but after only having worn them for a day the gem has fallen out of one of them, and is nowhere to be found. The gem on the other one wiggles a little bit too.
Posted on 9/2/2009
These are awesome. The cost if perfect. They are comfortable and short. Perfect for wearing in cartilage ear piercings. They are fancy!
Posted on 8/15/2009
These plugs are straight-up awesome. Slid in like a charm... I've worn them for 5 days now and I've gotten complements every single day! I think these would look pretty rad on a guy too.
Posted on 8/12/2009
Just received my single flare gem plug. They look great but are a bit heavy.
Posted on 7/19/2009
I love these! I needed dressy earrings for prom and these were perfect! They looked so beautiful and I got so many compliments.
Posted on 6/23/2009
These plugs look great and are very much affordable. I order them every time I go up un size.
Posted on 6/19/2009
These plugs look awesome and are cheap in price! Great deal!
Posted on 6/10/2009
Bought this for my labret and it works perfectly! Its the right length, and its solid all the way through so I don't drool down my chin! A MUST HAVE!
Posted on 6/3/2009
Beautiful but VERY heavy.
Posted on 6/3/2009
I use these as my nice earrings to wear to work and things that require more formal dress. The gems don't look like they are diamonds, but they still look really nice. When these are in, people can't tell that my piercings are stretched and they think they are "normal" earrings.
Posted on 6/3/2009
I bought this piece for my labret and it fits perfectly! I like having an O ring on the back much better than a flat backing like with regular labret pieces! I just wish they had more jewel colors so I could get them all!
Posted on 5/25/2009
Pretty good for the price, a good way to cover up stretched ears when needed.
Posted on 5/23/2009
i have several pairs of the hollow cz gem plugs, but i needed something with a little more weight to loosen up my earlobes a little...these are far better than anticipated; very sparkly and i love the heavier feel. i recommend these as highly as i would the hollow plugs, both are great buys and must-haves. thanks BAF! =]
Posted on 5/22/2009
wow. these are a bit on the heavy side.. but they are worth it! i highly recomend these!!
Posted on 3/20/2009
Gauge purchased: 2g I got these because the Single CZ gem plugs were out of the 2g. They style is a little different but they are still a nice sparkly pair of plugs that hide stretches. Very nice.
Posted on 3/16/2009
Gauge purchased: 6 and 2
I bought a 6 gauge first, and I wore those for about a year straight. They have a good weight to them, so after that year, I was able to size up from 6 gauge to 2 gauge very easily since they'd already stretched. I'm still wearing the 2s, and plan to buy them as I gauge. Very comfortable and pretty.
Posted on 3/8/2009
Gauge purchased: 4g These are fantastic. Definitely more than worth the price. They shine and sparkle and have a nice weigh to them. At my size they look like regular earrings, so my district manager will never be the wiser.
Posted on 2/8/2009
Gauge purchased: 6 gauge
I purchsed these for my nostrils. Great length and very comfortable. My only problem was that the gem ends were uneven, BUT you get what you pay for and I think these are a great buy for only $14 a pair.
Posted on 1/25/2009
Gauge purchased: 00. I bought these plugs so I could have something to wear at job interviews that wouldn't be so noticable. They are very nice quality, but I find them to be a bit on the heavy side. They also fit a little looser then usual.
Posted on 1/24/2009
Gauge purchased: 5/8th I got these as a gift months ago and just got around to writing this. For me, they are a bit heavy, but so nice. Definaly a special occasion type of earing for me. They silver on it is smooth and nice, and the gem just shines and shines. fab.
Posted on 1/24/2009
Gauge purchased: these plugs are the best by appearance and price they look awesome everyone at my school likes em and they arent to pricy at all. Will deffinately be buying more of these
Posted on 1/23/2009
Gauge purchased: i have these in a 4g, they are perfect wearable length for my helix, and it fits perfectly, the cz is set really tightly, and is very eye catching =0
Posted on 1/5/2009
Gauge purchased: 5/8
amazing earrings they look so good and makke your hole look bigger
id deff buy them again
Posted on 1/1/2009
Gauge purchased: 6
These are so cute and look just like regular earrings! The only drawback is that the gems feel a little loose. Will definitely buy these again when I stretch!
Posted on 12/31/2008
Gauge purchased: 0g. My roommate bought these and I was excited, as we do trade gauges. When they came in though, I was appalled. I know the other SF bling plugs are like, 6 or 7 $ more, but you should really save and buy those ones. These are a fake imitation.
Posted on 10/22/2008
Gauge purchased: 2. These are amazing. So pretty and classy. More than worth the price. Admittedly, one stone does seem to be a little looser and more sunk in than the other, but for the price, it's a non-issue, and you really can barely notice. Also, someone commented on the heaviness of them... I don't notice it as being very heavy. Perhaps that's because I'm used to wearing giant circular barbells! Either way, I LOVE them, and once again Bodyartforms has amazing customer service. They arrived in THREE days!
Posted on 10/17/2008
Gauge purchased: 11/16" It's true that the bigger gauges of these plus are kind of heavy but nothing too uncomfortable. I love these though, I've always wanted bling plugs!
Posted on 10/9/2008
Gauge purchased: 00
I adore these plugs. As always I received them super fast and the quality is great. I always get good comments on them for being shiny and eye grabbing. The only thing I dislike is how extremely heavy they are. I'm downsizing due to my lobe being pierced low and these plugs pull it down and make it look a bit worse. But I do love the oring indents. So helpful.
Posted on 9/19/2008
Gauge purchased: 6
I work at a law firm. They just look like regular earrings which is what I was kinda going for. If I want though, I can turn them around and have the solid steel show. I like to do this with the star shaped o-rings. I love these. They are versatile, and really cute.
Posted on 9/18/2008
Gauge purchased: 00g. These are really pretty, and when wearing them you can't tell your ears are stretched. I do agree that they are heavy, but i assume it's only the larger sizes. I can only wear them for a little bit or my ears start to hurt. I also have the same problem with them hanging down, I usually put about 3 o-rings in the back, so if you have skinny lobes you'll probably have the same problem with these. DEFINITELY worth the price.
Posted on 8/31/2008
Gauge purchased: 2. I love, love, LOVE these. They're so sparkly, I can't believe they're economy plugs. I don't see how people can say these are too heavy, maybe it's just the larger sizes that are, but mine are just right. They're understated enough to pass for "normal" studs but they're definitely not boring.
Posted on 8/28/2008
Gauge purchased: 4
I love these, I wear them when I don't want to show my gauged lobes, they look fantastic. Actually, half my family still hasn't noticed my gauged lobes yet, b/c I've upgraded with these everytime!
Posted on 8/27/2008
Gauge purchased: 2g
These are great for "professional" settings and pass for "normal" earrings. I wear them to work and to teach in and the boss doesn't complain. The fit is nice. There is a little weight to these, but it doesn't make them uncomfortable at all. Even after months of frequent wear, these pieces retain their shine.
Posted on 8/23/2008
Gauge purchased: 00g
These were my favorite plugs for months, but they are soo heavy because they are solid steel. They always fell backwards so i had to put an o-ring on the front and two on the back to keep them in tightly. Eventually the weight stretched my ears too much to wear them. For smaller sizes I'm sure they work really well, but they are not for daily wear with bigger sizes. Either way, they look cute and the mount on the front doesn't look cheesey like a lot of gem plugs, and they work really well if you want to hide that your ears are stretched. They're still my favorites even though they're too small for me now.
Posted on 8/12/2008
Gauge purchased: 4 I bought these because I needed a pair of plugs that looked like regular earrings. I am going to school to be a teacher, and they dont really like my lobes. With these in you can't tell that they are stretched at all. They are sparkly, and shiny. They look nice without looking tacky.
Posted on 8/12/2008
Gauge purchased: 2 These plugs are amazing. Great purchase for the price and the diamond shines like no other. Descent weight and nicely polished steel. :)
Posted on 8/7/2008
Gauge purchased: 9/16"
These plugs look so pretty but the design sucks. The flare is hardly a flare. I like to call it a tiny tiny bump. If your ears are use to the "normal" sized flare then these plugs will fall out. If you just stretched to the size, you may have better luck.
Posted on 7/26/2008
I just received these plugs today and absolutely LOVE THEM!! i bought them for my 6g conchs and since ive gotten a new corporate job my ocean blue gorilla glass plugs arent cuttin it...these are well worth it!!...picture coming
Posted on 7/23/2008
Gauge purchased: 0g
I got these because I didn't really want to spend the money on anatometal bling plugs. I am totally happy with these plugs those, I do kind of wish the gem was bigger, but other than that they are great.
Posted on 6/6/2008
Gauge purchased: 2
I just put these in now after having stretched to the 2nd gauge two days ago.
These plugs are pretty sweet and they're not really heavy. They look like regular diamond studs, great for the work environment. Also they're a great price.
Posted on 6/5/2008
Gauge purchased: 11/16"
I LOVE LOVE LOVE these plugs! I gotta admit i had some misgivings about the quality of these, but when i got them i was very happy with them. Every time I wear them, I get so many compliments on them. The only drawback about them is their weight, super heavy, but that's to be expected in that size, i'm sure smaller ones would be fine. I'm now a 7/8" and wish i could still wear them!
Posted on 5/31/2008
I've had these in 8 ga and 4ga and they're awesome value for the price.
Some of my customers who are jewellers keep asking "Where did you buy that stone? What grade? What purity?"
Seriously - these are good enough to fool the pros as long as they don't get to look TOO close.
Nice, well priced items.
And yes, I'm buying more as I stretch up.
Posted on 5/28/2008
I bought these in 4g. They look really cute. The only problem is the one CZ gem seems to be a bit loose, but it's still safely in the plug. They are a big heavy but not too bad.
Posted on 5/12/2008
Gauge purchased: 0 GAUGE
I really like the look and price of these plugs. They are a bit heavy, but not too bad. Being able to switch between a steel front and a gem front is nice also.
Posted on 5/7/2008
Gauge purchased: 00g. These are beautiful, the bling sparkles amazingly, but they're very heavy. They make my ears sag, and after a while my ears start to hurt a little. Also, this may be because the wearable area is too large for my tiny lobes. I usually end up wearing 2 or 3 o-rings in the back. Still a good buy.
Posted on 5/5/2008
Gauge purchased: 0g
These are very pretty. They have some weight to them, but not too much. Very sparkly gems. The only thing I don't like is how far the gem sticks out. The other economy blings sit more flush to your lobe.
I got these in a 6g & then 4g for work (at an extremely conservative restaurant) and was stoked on the quality for such inexpensive plugs. They actually look very feminine (although I'm sure they're much more masculine in larger gauges) and looked like I had normal, sparkly earrings in. Definitely a good find.
Gauge purchased: 8g
I thought these would look a bit strange in the smaller size but they look like ordinary sparkly earrings that all the other girls wear to work. I don't find them heavy at all like some of the other reviews say. Great price and beautiful quality too.
Gauge purchased: 0g. these can pass off for 'regular earrings', so they're useful for school/parents. they're comfortable and have a great wearable area for my normal-sized lobes :) shipping was really fast
Posted on 4/20/2008
Gauge purchased: 4g, 00g
These are fun and sparkly. They are a bit weighty, but its a nice feeling.
I especially like wearing these the day before plugs with large flares.
Posted on 4/17/2008
I got my 5/8ths yesterday and I have to say that I was not only amazed by the shipping but by the quality of these earrings. They are the heaviest earrings I have ever worn, but today in school about every human being that walked by me complemented me on them!
Posted on 4/16/2008
Gauge purchased: 9/16ths
These plugs are sweet. Totally worth it if you are looking for some bling plugs without spending a pretty penny. They are heavy but still an awesome pair of plugs.
Posted on 4/15/2008
Gauge purchased: 6g. I was skeptical about buying "economy" plugs, but I was fortunately surprised. First of all, they don't exactly look like the picture - the front flare has a bit of a different shape. You CAN tell they aren't the BEST quality, but they're still pretty good. The finish is nice and smooth and the grooves keep the o-rings on well. The gems are SUPER sparkly. They're nice at small sizes if you want to hide your stretched ears.
Posted on 4/15/2008
I got these about three days after i ordered them, love the fast shipping cause im impatient. These plugs were one of my favorites when i was at 3/4 but now im too big. Definitely worth the buy, theyre heavy as shit and will stretch your ear
Posted on 3/23/2008
When i got them, they felt suprisingly heavy, And they felt kinda awkward cause ive only been wearing silicone for about a year now. But this is my second day wearing them and i barely feel the weight anymore, its not that bad, my ears are heard to strech so im not worried about the weight pulling them down anytime soon. Id recommend them if you really want bling plugs and cant wait for the lighter ones to get restocked.

These plugs are great they are the cheapest bling plugs ive found. They dont look like plugs, at least in smaller sizes. I got these in 4 guage because my job doesn't like gauged ears and they look like the normal ghetto style earings guys wear.

Oh my gosh! These are so much prettier in person!! I am not feeling the heaviness that everyone is talking about, but then again, mine are only a 2g. I bought these for my wedding coming up in September, and I think they will look very nice in pictures!

Beautiful. I bought these in 14mm, and they are so big and sparkley. Very girly. But when people in the other reviews said they're heavy, they weren't kidding. I usually wear stone plugs, and these are easily 3 times heavier.

Okay, these were a little different in appearance than I expected based on the picture (they were less pointed and more flat, which is fine, actually), but nevertheless, these things are adorable! I bought these in 6g for nicer occasions, and they were not only a perfect fit, but they were amazingly sparkly! At 6g, the weight is not even an issue. They basically look like a standard bezel-set stud. I admit that I was a bit concerned at first about how secure the crystals were in the plug, but once I felt the surface of them a few times, I was convinced that they were in tightly. Hopefully they will stay that way. For an economy plug, these are beautiful, and I can't wait to pair them with the star-shaped o-rings I just ordered!

I've been buying these plugs since I've been at 8g and they are great! I just got these at 2g and they grand they just slipped in and I get nothing but compliments on them, even my manager at work likes them. You just need to shine them up and you'll be bing-blingin'!

Just got these in 12mm and i absolutely love them. my boyfriend says im bling-blangin because they are so big. lol. my only problem is that they are soo heavy so i feel like weighed down. but besides that, they are gorgeous. i don't regret buying them at all and i'm really happy with what i got.

I like these a lot. I got them in 4g, and though some other reviews say they're kinda big, and not feminine, I think the opposite. I'm not into girly sparkles and these offer just enough femininity for me.
They more feminine than what I usually go for.
And as usual BAF excelled themselves with yet another fast delivery to the UK.

i bought these to wear side by side in 2 holes in the same ear in 4G. I found them to be a little bit big for this purpose. also, unlike most of the BAF products i've purchased, these are a little more clunky and a little less elegant. They are nice... just not refined like a lot of the other pieces i've gotten.

I recieved my 5/8's in the mail today after only three days (and only $2 shipping!)These plugs are great, it has convenient 0-ring grooves, and after a little shining, you can see these sparkle from a mile away. i personally like heavier plugs even though i have really thin lobes. the weight is perfect and definetly wont tear thin lobes.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these plugs! I bought these in 9/16ths great shine, awesome sparkle and I actually like the extra weight.
Posted on 11/28/2007
I just got these today...they got here fast as usual....
I bought the last pair of 0's and i am in love with them!
Posted on 11/16/2007
beautiful! recieved so many compliments! They are rather heavy, but it was beneficial when it came time to strech up though :) I just wish they made them in bigger sizes.
Posted on 10/30/2007
these are really gorgeous plugs. I ordered mine in a 0 gauge and they look so cute and dainty. They may feel a bit heavier with the bigger sizes, however they fit quite comfortably in my lobes and definitely give off a noticeable sparkle. I ordered these, as well as several other plugs, and (as always with BAF) was they came in three days. I'm very happy with them. :)

after much discussion with my 16 son, i decided on the single flare gems in 00 and i could not be happier. i work in a doctors office and they are not a noticable as my tunnels are..plus the boss likes them!! although they are a bit heavy, they are still a great deal for the bling!
Posted on 9/29/2007
I read the reviews before buying. The reviews were mixed, but I decided that at this price I would give them a try. When I opened the package I couldn't have been happier. I love them. I got them in 8g. They are very cute and they really sparkle. They don't really look like plugs, they are perfect for those nicer occasions or for work that doesn't approve of stretched ears. They are very good quality. I was debating on getting these or the anatometal ones. I am so glad I got these. They are not so BLING like the anatometal ones. They are pretty heavy though, so I am not sure how they would be in the larger sizes.

I ordered these in 5/8" and couldn't be happier! Reading the reviews I expected them to be insanely heavy, but they're not that heavy at all. They're very shiney and the steel is incredibly smooth. They're easy to insert and remove and the o-rings are easy to get on as well. I LOVE these plugs!
Posted on 7/4/2007
I'm not entirely sure I like these. I know they're solid steel but....my god. My ears are drooping like crazy. They are very pretty though, nice and shiny, the gem has great depth. O well I guess I can deal with some droopiness in exchange for the prettiness. :)

I purchased these in OO a while back. I had read that they were pretty heavy, and its true, they are a bit weighty, but they are still very comfortable. They're great for wearing to work. I really like them. They have great shine.

Hard to say what I think of these. The gem in mine has great sparkle and depth, the metal is shiny - they look good. On the other hand, the shape bothers me somewhat - I had hoped that in 00ga they would look flatter, with the gem taking up more of the front surface area, like the plug on the far right in the stock photo appears to be. They are actually pointier, like the third from the left in the photo, and this means that they sit out quite far from the surface of your ear at this size. Also, they are quite heavy. I like the feeling, but it does make my lobes look a bit droopy. I think these would be better in smaller sizes, but nonetheless, they are ok and I will wear them when I want to give the illusion of having standard size ear piercings.

I have these beautiful plugs in 18mm and they look awesome, but as awesome as they look, they are also very heavy.
I wore them to work one day and whenever i walked, my ears would wobble due to the weight.
After awhile they start to sit at an odd angle [but that could just be my ear shape]
I love them but im keeping them for special occasions.
If you've got larger holes, i'd recommend lighter weight plugs.

I purchased these back when I was an 8g, and I must say, they arent that impressive in the smaller gauges, however, they were soild preformers, the length was perfect, the stone was set nicely, never loose, and they were comfy. To the naked eye, and those not mod-ed most people just thought I had studs in, so if thats your thang, go for it, I've heard fantastic from reviews from members in the BAF message boards about these plugs in the larger sizes, so, I'll definatley try them again.
Posted on 4/12/2007
Apparently I am the only one who isnt impressed with these. I got them in 2g and while they are "economy"- I was expecting a little more. The "gem" basically looks like a piece of plastic- it doesnt have much sparkle to it at all. They look cheap to me- and hey, I didnt pay much for them...so beggers cant be choosers.
I wouldnt recommend them.

I got these in a 4g from a friend for a early b-day present. They are awesome and they look great. Thank BAF
Posted on 2/14/2007
Just got these in 9/16. Theyre a bit heavy, but nothing too extreme. They look pretty nice, but I dont think I would recommend them in much larger sizes unless you are looking for something rather heavy.
Posted on 2/14/2007
i love these. i don't like the look of smaller plugs with o-rings, so i got these in 8g. they look just like little diamond studs from the front. and i got them in three days with the 3$ shipping, awesome.

This was the first product I ordered from BAF, but it got here so quickly. [2/8-2/10]
These plugs are beautiful. It's great if you're hiding your gauged ears from your parents. Yeah, they're a bit heavy, but they're beautiful. Thanks BAF :]
Posted on 11/26/2006
I got these in 9/16" and they are gorgeous. They are HEAVY. I dont know that i'll be wearing them more than just to work because of the weight.
Posted on 9/23/2006
I have these and 5/8 and 11/16 because no matter what size i am i need to have a pair... i get compliments everyday, they are beautiful! Even though they are heavy i wear them constantly...
Posted on 9/17/2006
i got these for a friend, she loves them. they're pretty, and discreet (they just look like normal crystal studs in 6g), but still nice and dressy for going out places. its also good that they can be turned around if you just want plain steel plugs. quick shipping, 7 days to UK. thanks.

These plugs are beautiful, I'm in love with them. I ordered on 9/07 and got them 9/12... that's fast! The only downside is the weight, I bought them in 11/16" and they are pretty heavy. Thanks BAF!
Posted on 8/16/2006
OK!! so first of all i ordered these on 8/14 and got them on 8/16 (now thats fast!). anyway these are AMAZING! great size and it will throw a lot a people off, because it looks just like a regular earring. i got these in a 4g and they fit like a dream, i dont ever wanna take them out! thank you BAF!!
Posted on 6/16/2006
I have these in 5/8... I can't wear them for long (def. not overnight) because they are very heavy. In smaller sizes Im sure they would be fine. I wear these if I need to stretch the ears out a bit for plugs with larger flares. A really good alternative to the expensive bling though, very happy I got em!
Posted on 5/10/2006
These are definitely THE tightest pair of gauges I've ever owned. I recieved the 9/16ths I ordered within FOUR days using UPS. They are a tad heavy, but absolutely gorgeous so I don't mind at all. Everyone should own a pair.
Posted on 5/8/2006
Just got a pair of these in 4g and 2g, and the gem looks about the same size on each, their nice tho and for a good price, they just look like regular earings when you wear them
Posted on 5/7/2006
These plugs are BEAUTIFUL! I just received them in the mail today, and it didn't take very long. I had read the other reviews mentioning that they are a bit heavy, but I've never been able to feel a weight difference between anything I've ever worn before, so I didn't think about it. These plugs are HEAVY! I've never even noticed when I was wearing plugs before, but these I can DEFINITELY feel lol. The sheer gorgeousness of these plugs makes it okay though, I'll just have to not wear them for extended periods lol. Thanks BAF!!!! YOU ROCK!
Posted on 3/22/2006
These plugs are gorgeous. I have recieved nothing but complements and nobody believes the price. The only fallback is the weight, I bought them in 11/16" and I cannot wear them for extended periods b/c they stretch my lobes. I recommend them for the novelty and good looks.
Posted on 3/20/2006
these plugs looked so gorgeous on here and I needed to get some nice looking professional plugs to wear while I'm at the studio. So I bought a pair in 11/16. They came so fast and they are beautiful! The only thing is they're a little bit heavier because they are solid ss but I recommend them!!

I was really drooling over the pricey, and well worth it Bling plugs, but I really couldn't afford them. Then I found these babies. I bought the last pair in 11/16". I could not be happier. They are a bit heavier than I am used to, but these are solid steel. Shipping was speedy as always with BAF. I just wish these came larger than 11/16".
