The gems are small but sparkly at 0g. The steel is also shiny but this pair of plugs have some weight to them. If you want something similar tunnels would be better if you are concerned about them being heavy.

These were pretty heavy, in ear, but otherwise pretty comfortable. You don't notice the weight after about 15 minutes of wearing, and the wearable is really smooth. The gem is also nice and flashy (which, why else would you want these?)

I love these. If you're trying to hide a stretched lobe, these are good because they just look like a "normal" gem earring. Definitely appropriate for an office setting. They're pretty light too. I even found them comfortable for sleeping! And good for sensitive ears. Overall, these are FANTASTIC for the price!

The stretch from 5/8" to 3/4" has been a pain in the neck for me for almost a year now. This nice in between size was super helpful. Plus, these are so pretty and shiny. As many of the reviews said, they do have some weight to them. So if you like super lightweight these definitely are not for you.

I got these because my father doesn't approve of my gauges,and with these he doesn't mind them. After a while they start to feel a bit heavier than the earings that I am used to, but not annoyingly heavy. They have a nice sparkle, and for the price a great purchase.

These are good "incognito" earrings - they look almost identical to the faux diamond studs many of my female co-workers wear. I can also slip hook earrings for unstretched ears under the plugs and wear them that way, which looks cute. Comfortable and well made, sparkly, just what they appear to be.

These plugs are great. The bling is smaller than most other options(which I like) and it hides the fact that you have stretched lobes. I like the weight to these as well. The groove seems a bit deep and the wearable area a tad too large but I'm very happy with them and just purchased a higher gauge.

I really like these alot since they are nice plugs that go with everything. They have a nice and pretty sparkle to them. I was unhappy however that I didn't check the bag before opening it (in which is like the first time I didn't =o\ )apparently one of the gems fell out! Some super glue fixed it but I have to just careful with it incase that the gem could fall out again. However the other gems in the other 2 plugs I bought seem stable. Beware of the o-ring grooves also..they are the deepest grooves I have ever seen and can on catch your skin hurt a bit getting them in. All in all though I love them and have been wearing them frequently.

These babies are H-E-A-V-Y. After repeatedly weighing them on my hands,I finally took them out the baggie and was in AWE. They were shining and picking up light like crazy.
I was scaleped to 5/8 and wanted to go the correct route of stretching and bought these to go to 11/16. I kept them for a week but couldnt make anymore. They made my lobes droop a lot and I couldnt stand the weight no more, also to the fact, the day after getting them a gem dropped out. So I had to repeatedly keep checking it to make sure it's in.
And thanks to droop and being scaleped I was able to easily go to 3/4ths.
They are gorgeous but weigh too much. First jewelery I think I wouldn't recommend.

I really dislike these...Although they are not intended as conch plugs, I foolishly thought they would work for that...boy was I wrong! After about a half day of wearing these, my ears are INCREDIBLY sore. It might be worth it if they were ridiculously good looking, but sadly, they are not. They actually look really cheap.

Man, I love blingy plugs. You need a pair in every size, because you just need to look fly some days. These definitely have some weight to them, as they're solid steel, but I like heavy plugs. The O ring groove is also pretty intense and could spell trouble for fresh stretches. My only complaint is that the steel border thing around the CZ is a little thicker than I'd like-- I'd prefer more gem showing. But they're icy anyway.

I purchased these while I was stretching up to 1/2". They were pretty heavy and would kind of look like they were "falling" out of my ear which was somewhat annoying. I would recommend only buying these in smaller sizes to avoid the weight problem. They are quite pretty for the price though.

I bought these because the other economy gem plugs (http://www.bodyartforms.com/productdetails.asp?ProductID=2482) weren't available in this size. the wearable length is much longer than the other plugs & these plugs are solid, kinda heavy. i am happy about this though because i know it will help prep my ears for the next stretch. the gems are prettier & shinier than the other economy plugs, but smaller. overall, i am very pleased with this purchase.

I bought these for one of my friends who is in the early stages of stretching. I had previously bought the other holow cz gem plugs for another friend and was very dissapointed in the size of the gem, so i gave these ones a shot instead. Boy did i make a good decision! I gem on these ones are much bigger and more noticable. good buy for people at small sizes who want allot of sparkle.

They have a good weight to them, so after that year, I was able to size up from 6 gauge to 2 gauge very easily since they'd already stretched. Admittedly, one stone does seem to be a little looser and more sunk in than the other, but for the price, it's a non-issue, and you really can barely notice. Also, someone commented on the heaviness of them... I don't notice it as being very heavy. Perhaps that's because I'm used to wearing giant circular barbells! The only thing I dislike is how extremely heavy they are. I'm downsizing due to my lobe being pierced low and these plugs pull it down and make it look a bit worse. But I do love the oring indents. Gauge purchased: 00g. These are really pretty, and when wearing them you can't tell your ears are stretched. I do agree that they are heavy, but i assume it's only the larger sizes. I can only wear them for a little bit or my ears start to hurt. I also have the same problem with them hanging down, I usually put about 3 o-rings in the back, so if you have skinny lobes you'll probably have the same problem with these. DEFINITELY worth the price.

These are great for "professional" settings and pass for "normal" earrings. I wear them to work and to teach in and the boss doesn't complain. The fit is nice. There is a little weight to these, but it doesn't make them uncomfortable at all. Even after months of frequent wear, these pieces retain their shine.

These were my favorite plugs for months, but they are soo heavy because they are solid steel. They always fell backwards so i had to put an o-ring on the front and two on the back to keep them in tightly. Eventually the weight stretched my ears too much to wear them. For smaller sizes I'm sure they work really well, but they are not for daily wear with bigger sizes. Either way, they look cute and the mount on the front doesn't look cheesey like a lot of gem plugs, and they work really well if you want to hide that your ears are stretched. They're still my favorites even though they're too small for me now.

These plugs look so pretty but the design sucks. The flare is hardly a flare. I like to call it a tiny tiny bump. If your ears are use to the "normal" sized flare then these plugs will fall out. If you just stretched to the size, you may have better luck.

These plugs are sweet. Totally worth it if you are looking for some bling plugs without spending a pretty penny. They are heavy but still an awesome pair of plugs.

Gauge purchased: 6g. I was skeptical about buying "economy" plugs, but I was fortunately surprised. First of all, they don't exactly look like the picture - the front flare has a bit of a different shape. You CAN tell they aren't the BEST quality, but they're still pretty good. The finish is nice and smooth and the grooves keep the o-rings on well. The gems are SUPER sparkly. They're nice at small sizes if you want to hide your stretched ears.

I got these about three days after i ordered them, love the fast shipping cause im impatient. These plugs were one of my favorites when i was at 3/4 but now im too big. Definitely worth the buy, theyre heavy as shit and will stretch your ear

When i got them, they felt suprisingly heavy, And they felt kinda awkward cause ive only been wearing silicone for about a year now. But this is my second day wearing them and i barely feel the weight anymore, its not that bad, my ears are heard to strech so im not worried about the weight pulling them down anytime soon. Id recommend them if you really want bling plugs and cant wait for the lighter ones to get restocked.

These plugs are great they are the cheapest bling plugs ive found. They dont look like plugs, at least in smaller sizes. I got these in 4 guage because my job doesn't like gauged ears and they look like the normal ghetto style earings guys wear.

Oh my gosh! These are so much prettier in person!! I am not feeling the heaviness that everyone is talking about, but then again, mine are only a 2g. I bought these for my wedding coming up in September, and I think they will look very nice in pictures!

Beautiful. I bought these in 14mm, and they are so big and sparkley. Very girly. But when people in the other reviews said they're heavy, they weren't kidding. I usually wear stone plugs, and these are easily 3 times heavier.

Okay, these were a little different in appearance than I expected based on the picture (they were less pointed and more flat, which is fine, actually), but nevertheless, these things are adorable! I bought these in 6g for nicer occasions, and they were not only a perfect fit, but they were amazingly sparkly! At 6g, the weight is not even an issue. They basically look like a standard bezel-set stud. I admit that I was a bit concerned at first about how secure the crystals were in the plug, but once I felt the surface of them a few times, I was convinced that they were in tightly. Hopefully they will stay that way. For an economy plug, these are beautiful, and I can't wait to pair them with the star-shaped o-rings I just ordered!

I've been buying these plugs since I've been at 8g and they are great! I just got these at 2g and they grand they just slipped in and I get nothing but compliments on them,even my manager at work likes them.You just need to shine them up and you'll be bing-blingin'!

Just got these in 12mm and i absolutely love them. my boyfriend says im bling-blangin because they are so big. lol. my only problem is that they are soo heavy so i feel like weighed down. but besides that, they are gorgeous. i don't regret buying them at all and i'm really happy with what i got.

I like these a lot. I got them in 4g, and though some other reviews say they're kinda big, and not feminine, I think the opposite. I'm not into girly sparkles and these offer just enough femininity for me.
They more feminine than what I usually go for.
And as usual BAF excelled themselves with yet another fast delivery to the UK.

i bought these to wear side by side in 2 holes in the same ear in 4G. I found them to be a little bit big for this purpose. also, unlike most of the BAF products i've purchased, these are a little more clunky and a little less elegant. They are nice... just not refined like a lot of the other pieces i've gotten.

I recieved my 5/8's in the mail today after only three days (and only $2 shipping!)These plugs are great, it has convenient 0-ring grooves, and after a little shining, you can see these sparkle from a mile away. i personally like heavier plugs even though i have really thin lobes. the weight is perfect and definetly wont tear thin lobes.

beautiful! recieved so many compliments! They are rather heavy, but it was beneficial when it came time to strech up though :) I just wish they made them in bigger sizes.

these are really gorgeous plugs. I ordered mine in a 0 gauge and they look so cute and dainty. They may feel a bit heavier with the bigger sizes, however they fit quite comfortably in my lobes and definitely give off a noticeable sparkle. I ordered these, as well as several other plugs, and (as always with BAF) was they came in three days. I'm very happy with them. :)

after much discussion with my 16 son, i decided on the single flare gems in 00 and i could not be happier. i work in a doctors office and they are not a noticable as my tunnels are..plus the boss likes them!! although they are a bit heavy, they are still a great deal for the bling!

I read the reviews before buying. The reviews were mixed, but I decided that at this price I would give them a try. When I opened the package I couldn't have been happier. I love them. I got them in 8g. They are very cute and they really sparkle. They don't really look like plugs, they are perfect for those nicer occasions or for work that doesn't approve of stretched ears. They are very good quality. I was debating on getting these or the anatometal ones. I am so glad I got these. They are not so BLING like the anatometal ones. They are pretty heavy though, so I am not sure how they would be in the larger sizes.

I ordered these in 5/8" and couldn't be happier! Reading the reviews I expected them to be insanely heavy, but they're not that heavy at all. They're very shiney and the steel is incredibly smooth. They're easy to insert and remove and the o-rings are easy to get on as well. I LOVE these plugs!

I'm not entirely sure I like these. I know they're solid steel but....my god. My ears are drooping like crazy. They are very pretty though, nice and shiny, the gem has great depth. O well I guess I can deal with some droopiness in exchange for the prettiness. :)

I purchased these in OO a while back. I had read that they were pretty heavy, and its true, they are a bit weighty, but they are still very comfortable. They're great for wearing to work. I really like them. They have great shine.

Hard to say what I think of these. The gem in mine has great sparkle and depth, the metal is shiny - they look good. On the other hand, the shape bothers me somewhat - I had hoped that in 00ga they would look flatter, with the gem taking up more of the front surface area, like the plug on the far right in the stock photo appears to be. They are actually pointier, like the third from the left in the photo, and this means that they sit out quite far from the surface of your ear at this size. Also, they are quite heavy. I like the feeling, but it does make my lobes look a bit droopy. I think these would be better in smaller sizes, but nonetheless, they are ok and I will wear them when I want to give the illusion of having standard size ear piercings.

I have these beautiful plugs in 18mm and they look awesome, but as awesome as they look, they are also very heavy.
I wore them to work one day and whenever i walked, my ears would wobble due to the weight.
After awhile they start to sit at an odd angle [but that could just be my ear shape]
I love them but im keeping them for special occasions.
If you've got larger holes, i'd recommend lighter weight plugs.

I purchased these back when I was an 8g, and I must say, they arent that impressive in the smaller gauges, however, they were soild preformers, the length was perfect, the stone was set nicely, never loose, and they were comfy. To the naked eye, and those not mod-ed most people just thought I had studs in, so if thats your thang, go for it, I've heard fantastic from reviews from members in the BAF message boards about these plugs in the larger sizes, so, I'll definatley try them again.

Apparently I am the only one who isnt impressed with these. I got them in 2g and while they are "economy"- I was expecting a little more. The "gem" basically looks like a piece of plastic- it doesnt have much sparkle to it at all. They look cheap to me- and hey, I didnt pay much for them...so beggers cant be choosers.
I wouldnt recommend them.

Just got these in 9/16. Theyre a bit heavy, but nothing too extreme. They look pretty nice, but I dont think I would recommend them in much larger sizes unless you are looking for something rather heavy.

i love these. i don't like the look of smaller plugs with o-rings, so i got these in 8g. they look just like little diamond studs from the front. and i got them in three days with the 3$ shipping, awesome.

i got these for a friend, she loves them. they're pretty, and discreet (they just look like normal crystal studs in 6g), but still nice and dressy for going out places. its also good that they can be turned around if you just want plain steel plugs. quick shipping, 7 days to UK. thanks.

OK!! so first of all i ordered these on 8/14 and got them on 8/16 (now thats fast!). anyway these are AMAZING! great size and it will throw a lot a people off, because it looks just like a regular earring. i got these in a 4g and they fit like a dream, i dont ever wanna take them out! thank you BAF!!

I have these in 5/8... I can't wear them for long (def. not overnight) because they are very heavy. In smaller sizes Im sure they would be fine. I wear these if I need to stretch the ears out a bit for plugs with larger flares. A really good alternative to the expensive bling though, very happy I got em!

These are definitely THE tightest pair of gauges I've ever owned. I recieved the 9/16ths I ordered within FOUR days using UPS. They are a tad heavy, but absolutely gorgeous so I don't mind at all. Everyone should own a pair.

Just got a pair of these in 4g and 2g, and the gem looks about the same size on each, their nice tho and for a good price, they just look like regular earings when you wear them

These plugs are BEAUTIFUL! I just received them in the mail today, and it didn't take very long. I had read the other reviews mentioning that they are a bit heavy, but I've never been able to feel a weight difference between anything I've ever worn before, so I didn't think about it. These plugs are HEAVY! I've never even noticed when I was wearing plugs before, but these I can DEFINITELY feel lol. The sheer gorgeousness of these plugs makes it okay though, I'll just have to not wear them for extended periods lol. Thanks BAF!!!! YOU ROCK!

These plugs are gorgeous. I have recieved nothing but complements and nobody believes the price. The only fallback is the weight, I bought them in 11/16" and I cannot wear them for extended periods b/c they stretch my lobes. I recommend them for the novelty and good looks.

these plugs looked so gorgeous on here and I needed to get some nice looking professional plugs to wear while I'm at the studio.So I bought a pair in 11/16. They came so fast and they are beautiful!The only thing is they're a little bit heavier because they are solid ss but I recommend them!!

I was really drooling over the pricey, and well worth it Bling plugs, but I really couldn't afford them. Then I found these babies. I bought the last pair in 11/16". I could not be happier. They are a bit heavier than I am used to, but these are solid steel. Shipping was speedy as always with BAF. I just wish these came larger than 11/16".
