When i first got this i thought it was broken or something because it wouldn't stay in the post, after messing with it a little bit i realized that you have to bend the little post attached to the gem, just a little bit and then put it into the other post, and then it would stay. after realizing this, i get nothing but compliments about the pretty colored gem in my monroe, that has... NEVER fallen out.

Originally had a 14g 3mm gem in my philtrum but was really after something smaller and a bit more sparkly... And this is so cute! Have a clear CZ gem in my septum, so this matches absolutely perfectly. The gem maybe small, but the sparkle is great without being gaudy (and lets be honest, all girls love some sparkle)
This gem is fantastic, and BAF's service is above par time and time again!!

DO NOT get the black opal. I ordered it and what came in the mail looked not like the picture of the black opal but EXACTLY like the picture of the emerald. I thought they must of sent the wrong one but when I contacted customer service, they said that black opal looked more light green in smaller sizes. Im telling you, its the spitting image of the emerald end.

I bought this for my tragus piercing, and being small and subtle it suits the piercing very well. However, it's not as sparkly as I'd expected it to be. I recommend the faceted opals for a more subtle look, and the cabochon ones for something more eyecatching (I wear those ends in my labret and philtrum piercings).

Not at all a big fan of this. The blue is too much of a primary color sort of blue for me, plus I think 3mm is too big for a nostril gem. I should've gotten something smaller. However, I LOVE the threadless system and the this item is good quality.

This is a flat-black gem without the tiger's eye effect some of the others have. I found that the 3mm is really too big for a nostril piece of gem, for me, but this was the best looking of the three I bought so I'm wearing them lol. But of course others will feel differently, it's just a matter of taste. Good quality and I'm LOVING the threadless system!

I accidentally ordered this in 16g instead of 18g because I can be ditzy sometimes. I noticed too late and was worried I wouldn't use this end because I have it in 2.5mg prong set. I'm actually really happy I have this one. It looks black and is really subtle but the green and spot of orange sparkle are so vivid.

So shiny and pretty. A perfect piece of jewelry. Never grayed or lost it's sparkle, and I wore it in my philtrum/medusa piercing. Great size for the placement on my face, so comfortable. Very worth the price. Stop tearing up your piercings with external threading and get these threadless posts/ends. I never even bent mine, just pushed them together and pulled them apart straight, and it never fell out.

So I really wanted to try one of these 2mm ends to see how they compared in terms of sitting flush to my internally threaded labrets. Its not as flush as the cheaper microgem ones, but its really nice. It doesn't poke out too much when I smile and it is VERY ORANGE. I have nothing for my nose that matches it so I kind of look like a tard because its verrrryyy bright. I'll be getting more of these ends. I love this color
Oh, the gem is quite large. There isn't much metal around the front so when the front of them gem catches the light its all shine and sparkle.

I bought this for my center-lip piercing. The jem only catches the light at certain angles, so it actually just looks like a black dot unless I twist my lip so it can catch the light. The piece itself is lovely, just not well-suited for my lip, so keep in mind what the orientation of your piercing is.

These are wonderful! The fit is perfect, and although they could be a little larger (3.5mm or even 4mm would make them more noticeable to others) they are stunning! I received stones with very rich brown tones and slight yellow banding (they are excellently matched too). I love NeoMetal!

I bought the white topaz to wear as an every-day sort of option. It looks very nice on my tragus, but the white topaz sticks out a bit more than the other threadless ends. You can see this in the picture BAF posted. After sleeping on that side so much, my 4-year-old piercing starts to get a bit sore because of how much the end sticks out from the side of my head :P A pretty piece, yes, just gotta be more careful about my sleeping position :)

These are perfect for all of my piercings! Nice sparkle, shiny setting and very high quality! I use the Neometal threadless labrets in my lobes, helix, tragus and nostril. These are perfect, great quality, fit just right, stay put and look incredible!

16g 2mm - Faceted gem - Aqua
I originally got this in 2.5mm amethyst, but I think I prefer the 2mm. The 2.5mm was great if I wanted my Monroe to be particularly visible, but the 2mm size is great for everyday wear. The color's great, too! I'd definitely recommend this product.

Beautiful emerald color. I ordered two of these for my spiderbites and they look lovely. Perfect size for no cluttered look, which is always a concern with two piercings so close to each other.

Very pretty color. I was afraid these might be too pale of a color to be noticed as aqua, but they truly stand out and look great.

Gauge purchased: 16g clear faceted gem I am not a big fan of this. I got it for my labret and it's just way too small. It did stay in very snugly though. I'll probably just find another use for it. I think it would look much better in a monroe.

I previously purchased this item in 18g, 1.5 mm for my nostril piercing and it was FAR too small. I repurchased in 2.5 mm which I should have anticipated as being too large. Fortunately it worked for my tragus, so I repurchased it in 16 for my labret piercing. It still feels a little too large but that is my own misjudgement. I will definitely repurchase this in several other colors for my nostril, lip, and tragus piercings. Definitely worth the price!

I originally got two of the tiger's eye for my labrets from my piercer, and then ordered one from BAF to replace a lost one. The threadless ends are very nice, it makes it easy to change and you can adjust how tightly you want the end to fit by bending the little post on the end more. The one that I ordered from BAF looks a tiny bit smaller than my original, but you can't tell when I'm wearing them even though they're right next to each other. Even though the cabochons are small they still catch the light and are very pretty.

BAF comment: The ends/tips need to be bent a bit in threadless jewelry to hold it in place
Gauge purchased: 16g amethyst. I wasn't pleased with the product. I purchased the threadless end along with the threadless post, and the threadless end constantly comes out and doesn't seem to stay in the post at all. I've already lost it a handful of times. A bit of a bummer, since it's quite some money for a single piece.

Gauge purchased: 16g 2mm, Faceted gem, Clear CZ. I love these! I got them for my tragus piercings and they're perfect! The bezel setting is subtle so they are as shiny as possible. I can't say enough about Neometal threadless jewelry, it's really liberating in a way because it used to be too much trouble to change all my jewelry out, and now it's no trouble at all!

Gauge purchased: 16g. Oh. My. Gosh. My dad bought me the clear 2.5mm CZ gem as a gift for going through with a surgery I was dreading. I can honestly say that this has been the most BEAUTIFUL piece of jewlery I have ever recived. It is absolutally flawless and sparkles when I smile. The most beautiful thing I have ever put in my medusa by far. To anyone who is thinking about purchusing this end, DO IT! You will not be disappointed!
I am definately coming back to buy diffrent ends.

Gauge purchased: 16g, 5/16" post, emerald cabochon gem. I bought this to replace the CBR that was causing hypertrophic scarring on my 2 month old tragus. I went to the piercer to change the jewelry as he had clamped the CBR shut really tight. One minute later, I have a pretty green piece of bling in my tragus! I also bought the 1/4" post, but the bump on the inside of my tragus required the longer (5/16") post. I hope to switch to the shorter post if/when the scarring goes away.

Gauge purchased: 18g I have been wearing Neometal jewelry in my nostril piercings for the last several years. I am thrilled BAF is now carrying the gem ends. I just ordered a pair of clear 1.5mm. These are so tiny with just the right amount of sparkle. The barbells are a little tricky to use in nostrils, since they go in backwards, but much nicer to wear than screws.

I have the Cabochon ends in Amethyst and Onyx, and they are gorgeous. Very well made and the amethyst, in particular, is shiny and eye-catching :)
