These are gorgeous plugs. The pattern of the wood is unique and super pretty. They wearable area is pretty large compared to my other plugs so they stick out a little longer than others, but it doesn't take away to how great they look. Super comfortable and lightweight!

I cannot believe how beautiful these plugs are for this price! I was looking for a nice pair of wood to wear throughout the winter (as stone and glass can become uncomfortably cold), and I liked the contract of light and dark in this material. I was so pleasantly surprised when they arrived! The flares are quite large, which I LOVE and find uncommon in organic plugs. Even at this size, the variation in the wood is noticeable. The surface is smooth enough that I don't have to oil my lobes more than once a day, and they're very lightweight. I love them!

when putting these into your ears the edges can be very sharp and irritate your ears. also i realized the sizes were off from each other in the pair by about .7m after i measured them.

My first disappointing BAF purchase. I love wood plugs, but not these ones. The edges are very sharp, to the point where I worry about damaging the inside of my lobe simply but putting them in. The wood is coarse and not very smooth, perhaps not polished enough. I guess you get what you pay for. I have worn olive wood, ebony, katalox, naquada, bloodwood, glass, stone, and steel. I have never owned such a rough and under-finished set of plugs. I think these will probably end up getting replaced with something else.

I love the look of these plugs - I received well-matched pair with great veins. They are also extremely lightweight and the flares aren't harsh. While the wood is nice and smooth, I unfortunately found these plugs extraordinarily drying, Hence, I have had to pound the oil into them which has definitely darkened them a lot.

I found these to fit very loose in my ears...the wood grain is amazing but has a poor fit...would be a favorite of I wasn't scared they were always going to be falling oit

I've been at a 0g for almost 6 months now, and I still can't get these in my ears. The flares are just too big and my lobes just aren't that stretchy. They do have a pretty grain though.

Beautiful pattern on these. The wearing length is a little long for my skinny ears, but that is mainly due to the extreme concavity which looks awesome so it's a fair trade off.

I wasn't crazy about the patterns on these at this size, but at a larger size, I'm sure they are gorgeous. The flares aren't large but they are very sharp.

Even though I'm at 5/8", I really desperately wanted these. I figured that I'd be able to wear them with a pair of earskins so that they wouldn't fall out. As it turns out, the earskins aren't thick enough to add enough diameter to the size I ordered (I should have known, ordering organic jewelry). That's alright though, it just means that I'll have to order another pair of skins to wear in addition to these plugs and the skins I've got.
As for the plugs themselves, they're a smooth, sandy colored wood with beautiful grey-black veins running through them. For some reason (don't ask me why) I thought that the faces were going to be less smooth than they were. Maybe it was just the lighting in the picture. I wish BAF had my size in stock; I'd love these in my actual diameter!

I /adore/ these plugs, I didn't specify if I wanted more veins or solid color so they gave me one with a good few veins and one with slightly less, they match great! The only thing I didn't like about them is that the edge of the flares are pretty sharp I wouldn't try putting these in unless I used a lotion or oil to help it slip in.

These plugs look awesome and have a large wearable area, which is great for people with fatter lobes like myself. They're surprisingly smooth and the flares are nothing to be scared of. Overall this was an excellent buy.

Bottom line.
I don't have a single complaint, except there are a couple nicks and rough spots.
And by that, I mean literally two tiny tiny spots.
Great purchase, cheap plugs, extremely satisfied.
I normally hate large wearable areas, but I love these.

Im different becoming more and more of a lover of wood plugs/jewelry, and these pair made me love it even more. Its not a problem for me that they dont match; thats the way wood works! Its meant to be natural. Super lightweight as well. I love the bold lines Tamarind has, also, makes the lighter colors pop. Great, great purchase.

These plugs are awesome. Like some of the other reviews say the concave is pretty deep, but I like it. I just recently stretched to a 4g and the flares on these are about the size of a 2 so I'm gunna have to wait a while to wear them. The pair I got has a lot of cool lines and patterns, and I can't wait to wear these.

These are the first wood plugs I've purchased from BAF and I must admit that I am a little disappointed. The two plugs are visibly different in size, one plug being larger than the other both in length and diameter. Other than that they are a nice looking pair, not matching but with flattering veins. The concave is deeper than I was expecting, but it's a unique look.

They look much smaller then any of my other 7/8" plugs. The flares are very small which is why they look smaller then my others. They are nice and light because they are wood. The wearing surface of the plug is actually very wide. I found it hard to sleep with them in at night because of how wide they were. (I never had this problem before) I wore them for 2 days before taking them out. They kept my ears clean and non-smelly.

Very nice wood plugs for a good price. The flares may be a bit sharp for some people, but I was able to get them with no problem. A little oil really makes them shine.

I bought these in anticipation of my next stretch - I couldn't pass them up at such a good price for neat wood plugs. I love how deeply concaved the faces are, and they're a well-matched pair. Very excited to wear them soon!
