The piece protrudes too much to use as a labret end. Albeit it is a very lovely piece.

This is one item that gets a lot of attention from people... even people I don't know. I have this in my vertical labret and people do a double take and take a minute to think if I am crazy enough to have a phillips screw in my lip or something ridiculous like that... Great, comfy and fun.

Purchased for the dermal on my wrist and it looks great! Does stick off the skin a little bit more than just a flat top though.

They look lovely out- but they didn't meet my expectations when they were in. Looked kind of- off. I do love them though- They'll just be used as back-ups. They were also a little tricky for me to get them in.
