Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Purchased for my IS tongue barbell. The color is absolutely beautiful, I love how it reflects the light with different colors. It is very comfortable and easy to put on. You are definitely able to see more of the gem than the setting. Snatch one of these beauties up while you can!

Got this for my VCH. Low profile is the way to go! Most of what you see is the BRIGHT teal gem.

I purchased this little beauty about 3 weeks ago. I ordered a 12g 3/16 clear ball. I got one from my shop when I got my VCH piercing, it was so cute and sparkly that I wanted the bottom ball to match! It is worth the money and is the best gem ball I have ever laid eyes on!

I have these in pink as well as blue. The gem is really prominent and I love how it looks. I have worn them on my sternum and am always asked by friends where I got these gems.
