Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Love these little cones. Although they are super small and little bit of a pain to screw on, I love them because I'm not a fan of large, bulky balls on tiny jewelry.

Absolutely adorable with my 10g septum. The 5mm size gives it a flashy, bold quality that I like, compared to other cones I have in 4mm that are more subtle. They have a good, well-defined shape, and the threading sits flush.
