Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

These ends are manufactured to be a safe way to wear decorative jewelry in your microdermal. There is a magnet attaching the dangle to the end of the microdermal; while strong enough to keep the dangle in place, upon force being applied, the dangle will release from the magnet without causing harm to the piercing.

While intended for microdermals, these should fit any industry-standard internally threaded 14g jewelry.

Microdermal dangles are for healed piercings, and it is recommended you have a professional change the head. The removable end should be taken off when showering, sleeping, playing sports, skydiving, etc.

This microdermal dangle is great because it is attached by a magnet. If the dangle gets caught on anything then it safely detaches, instead of ripping out your microdermal.

The little dangle has come off more easily than expected, like if it gets bumped at all. That being said, I don't ever really wear it. But I'm also always moving. Extremely pretty though wish i could keep it on.

They look REALLY cute when they're on... I didn't leave the ends in overnight, I removed the entire piece (magnet and internal threading) but the day after I took the ends out, the site of my microdermals became red, pus-filled and swollen. I've had my microdermals since last August, haven't had an issue with any other jewelry, and I'm really disappointed about the side effect. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you're going to order them, only wear them for a few hours at the most. Good luck.
