Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. I got this little skull to try in my philtrum, but I ended up not really liking the asymmetrical aspect of it. It looks great in my second lobe holes, though! It's super-tiny, and not very easy to tell what it is from any distance away, but I still like it.

This is one of my fav attachments. Not super scary skull like but its cute. i would suggest the 5.5mm or else it would be too small!
