I got this in 3/8" because when I was at 6g I had one with a 5/16" diameter and it felt odd in my nose. The 3/8" one is a little bit wider, I have a small nose and this pincher takes up all of my nostril space at the top of my nose. My septum piercing is as high up as it could be, I'm not sure if that has anything to do with this, but my pincher won't hang down straight. It slowly swings itself back and lays flat against my nose/nostril area, if that makes sense. Because of this combined with the fact that this is a VERY light pink color, it really blends in with my skin. At some angles you can't even see it. Other than that the pincher it self is nice. Only one air bubble, but on the part that goes in my nose so it doesn't matter. The ends come to a perfect point, unlike some of the pinchers I've seen where the ends are flat(which I do not like).

At first, I was concerned about not being able to see the glass piece in my septum because of the color. I was a little disappointed because of this. It turns out okay for work though, can barely see it when it's flipped.

This may be the best piece of septum jewelry I've ever worn. I want to get one in every color now.

As soon as I saw these I knew I needed one, I've gotten pinchers from this brand before and had troubles with the ends scratching the top of my philtrum in the smaller sizes but this one is perfect, the ends are rounded and its very comfy, definetly not as pink as it looks in the picture but i absolutely adore it! It's my new favorite piece to wear in my septum
