Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Love it! Aside from the weight of the jewel, this is finished in a perfect manner as well as the thread. I'd like to buy them in all colors!

Beautiful jewelry. I wore this for months straight before changing it up. I wasn't a fan of the colour but it was very sparkly and clear. The titanium did darken a bit with wear, mind you i never cleaned it. My piercing healed completely after putting this in.
