This item comes with One threaded center piece and the extra barbell parts to make a 1-1/4", 1-3/8", or 1-1/2" length industrial barbell. Due to the way this barbell is designed it is possible to make the bar other in-between lengths, as well.

I was so excited when this came back in stock. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for me at all. Even with the option of making the bar unusual sizes, the twisty part of this set was just too long for where my industrial is pierced on my ear. Also, this is the most complicated set I have ever seen. It's a wonderful idea, you just need a lot of patience and the help of someone else to get the bar in. I'm real sad this didn't work out, it's so pretty.
