Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

This is definitely one of the most beautiful pieces I now own. It was made so perfectly and has such an eye catching gleam to it. Along with its extremely fair price I would say that it was definitely worth it and would buy it again any day.

I was so happy to see this labret on BAF as there isn't a large selection of 8gauge labret jewelry out there that I've found at least. I was so happy to find that this is light as a feather, the back isn't too large, its long enough for my philtrum and isn't too expensive. I love this and am happy to have it in my small collection ^^
