I've ordered three of these in total, changing jewelry is so much easier now that I never have to mess with impossibly small threaded ends again. They go in so easily and really stay put.

Strange to say, but this is noticeably prettier than ball ends usually are. Total bonus that there is also the ease of the threadless system, which is hands-down the greatest thing ever invented for small-parts jewelry.
