The inlays are only on one side. The other side is just white acrylic, so it's like getting two pairs of eyelets for the price of one.
All sizes have an approximate 3/8" wearable.

These are cool, a lot different than the other plugs I have. I like the combination of the wood and acrylic. My only complaint is that one of mine has a small spot where the wood inlay is not smooth, so it looks like there is a chip out of the wood and it's not completely smooth like the other one is.
