These are really cool looking Nipple Shields; however, they were just a wee bit small to fit comfortably on my Nipples. Therefore, I turned them into Pendants - they look great! A small ball bead chain feeds through the barbell holes perfectly. I'm quite pleased I made this purchase, as I ended up utilizing these Nipple Shields for something totally unique/unusual.
