These are 4 tablespoons per bag, approximately 2.4 ounces. The APP aftercare guidelines recommend using 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt per 8 ounces of distilled water (4 teaspoons per gallon).

I was surprised how big the bag was, great value for only a dollar! It's soothing to soak. I had to cut the bag it initially came in and simply dumped it in the larger bag it was shipped in. Though because it's premeasured, you can just dump it all into a gallon of water and not have to worry about measuring it yourself.
