It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, these manage to be pretty substantial even at a small gauge. Depending on what you wear them with, they're also super-elegant, but not too dressy for everyday. Also, what a great price!
