Approximately 5/16" wearable between flares
On smaller sizes like 8g, 6g, 4g, and 2g the bearings really don't slide around much at all.
8g has LARGE 4g flares
These have ball bearings in them that rotate. They will move if you touch them with your fingers, but aren't so loose that they move around on their own.

My boyfriend loves theses. They are one of the top 5 that he wears all the time. Its not heavy at all and very comfortable to wear everyday.

I like the concept of these, but I think at 2g you just can't see it well enough. They are fine for everyday wear, but if you are hoping for a really unique look, you'd need these at a larger size.

These are as sweet as the pictures show. The larger ones are more detailed but my 1/2" are still really sick. A little bit larger flare but these are strong and durable steel that weigh more than your normal double flares so that extra size comes in handy. These are definitely worth the price and people love them wherever you go.

The pictures of these looked a lot better then they do in real life. The bearing is super small (I understand the size of them, but the pictures made it look way better) and are super hard to even make out what they are.
