Barbell is 1-1/4" long with 3/16" (5mm) balls.

Round center gem is approx 5/32" (4mm.) The two side star-shaped gems are approx 3/16" (5mm) at their largest point. The gems do not slide, they are fixed at the center of the bar.

14g 1-1/4" Clear center gem w/ pink star-shaped side gems
Very cute and durable so far! Though you should definitely have a backup for sleeping in if you sleep on the side you wear it on constantly. No random sharp edges or anything, just more bulky than a typical barbell of course.
