Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. Awesome look and the spikes are very cool but I bought the bar too short. They need a longer bar for industrial. I ended up using the spikes that came on a different bar and it was worth it for that.

The spikes are sharp, but it looks great. I love it.

The spikes are friggin' sharp. so be careful. not something you'd wear to work if you have to do a lot of physical activity. but it's still an awesome piece of jewelry.
