These plugs are totally random and you could get any style in the photo. You can't request a certain pair, as the photo is merely there to give you an idea of what kind of variations are possible.
8g through 2g are single flare and the jellyfish is inside of a large ball front flare--there is no other way to get tiny handmade jellyfish into the plugs. The overall length is approximately 7/8" long with a 1/2" overall wearable area, roughly 7/16" once you include an o-ring. The ball flare itself is approximately 3/8" in diameter.
0g through 1" are regular double flare plugs with the jellyfish set back into the plug. The overall length is approximately 5/8" with a 5/16" to 3/8" wearable area.
The back is black, so it's like getting two pairs of plugs in one.

I was quite disappointed with these. The pictures are beautiful, and the larger gauges are lovely, I'm sure, but the pair that I received were not well done. The dome of the jellyfish was not as clear as I had wanted, so it rather came out looking like clear glass with a bit of blob in it. If your draw to these are the colours and "pulling" of the glass, 8g will be fine for you. If you want more anatomical correctness of the jellyfish, you need to buy a large gauge or give these a miss.

I got theses for my boyfriend's birthday and he LOVES them. The black background looks slightly green, but otherwise amazing buy.

I absolutely LOVE these plugs! Even at such a small gauge the detailed craftsmanship is stunning! I'm currently wearing them in a newly pierced chonch. At first I thought that the size of the front which is a larger sphere might be uncomfortable as I sleep on my side but they are actually more comfortable than the flat colorfront Pyrex plugs I was pierced with. I just hope they don't discontinue the other three colors before I can get them all in my gauge. LOVE 'EM!

I was worried that being blue on black these might be a tad dull, but they're not. The black is very slightly transparent, so when held up to the light it shows as a deep purple. The jellyfish show up perfectly well on it, as well.

Jellyfish are my favorite animal, so when I saw these, I HAD to get them.
They're stunning! They're well made, no bubbles, and the way the jellies "glow" is incredible. They're most visible in brighter light, but I kind of like having that "mystery" in my ears.
I love these and plan on getting them in at least one of the other color options.
