I was debating between buying a medium or a large, and I settled on a large. I like my shirts to be loose and long, so I buy bigger sizes than a actually need. I'm female, 5'10" and 109lbs- just for reference and sizing help.

Love this shirt! its been through several washes and the decals have held up well. Gets more comfortable the more you wear it.

Youth large
I usually wear women's size medium or large and the youth large fits perfectly. A little tight in the chest area but nothing I can't deal with. The material is a very durable, medium weight cotton. Worth every penny!
