Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Measurements are approximate and can vary slightly batch to batch:

6g and 4g are 1-1/2" tall
2g through 00g are 2" tall
7/16" and 1/2" are 2-1/2" tall

These are all hand made and matched the best they can be. Each piece will vary a bit as it's impossible to have two identical pieces.

These are awesome earrings. The oval shape keeps them well balanced and I don't have to worry about them slipping out. The plaid is very noticeable even at the 6g size. I love that they are a bit of a dressed up casual.

I was hoping these would be as bright as the photo, but when I got them, they were more of a muted sea-foam greenish color.

I absolutely love plaid so I had to grab a pair of these. The quality is amazing and the color is just a bit darker than the product photos. They're definitely not too heavy, I can comfortably wear them for a whole day with no problems.

I love these, they are easy to put on and wear the only thing is they slip and almost fall out on me. Other than that I love these the colors are great. They look better in person than in the pics.

Absolutely beautiful. Quite heavy though. I'm worried I'll catch them on something and rip my skinny lobes.
