It stays in nice and snug and is very discrete, but it either runs large or I received a 16 instead of 18. It had to really be worked in to get it all the way through the hole.

Not a fan of this product, its still kind obvious that you have your nose pierced so might as well just wear a regualr ring, also the plastic was a little sharp on mine, and because it was a straight post I would push it in, then it would slowing push back out, the end meant to hold it in was not working for me :(

Best nose retainer ever, because it actually has the "bone" end to keep it in. I've had bad experience with the ones that are a straight post, they just fall out. But with nose bone jewelry in general, if youre not used to inserting it, well, prepare yourself for possible discomfort.
