All of these plugs are solid on one end and hollow on the inside.
0g through 5/8" have a 9mm wearable area.
3/4" through 1" have a 10mm wearable area.

These are great to go on interviews, as they blend in with your ear (if you can match the colour). Feels great, doesn't look too obvious. Works well, especially if you are concerned your piercings may be a distraction or not allowed by the company.
