The curved screw part is actually very tiny and I found it difficult to put in. But it is a good retainer and hard to notice.

I needed to get some jewelry to hide my piercing while at work. The bend on this piece was way too tight to put in comfortably. This piece is great in theory, but not so much in practice.

Bought this because I was undergoing major surgery. It did the trick. A pain to put on, and it is a bit sharp/irritating (as others have said) even though it's flexible.

This kind of seems like it was made a size too large or something, that's how hard it is to get in. It's also really sharp, so you'll probably have to file it down a little just so you don't hurt yourself. Once you do get it in, it fits okay, but you can still see it in your nose, even from a fair distance. Overall, not impressed, but I guess you get what you pay for.

the bends are way to small for me its way to tightly wound had to do major adjustments and still cannot get them in ... still working on it
