Probably avoid if you have a wider septum like me. The piece is great if you want to go stealth with your septum though as it is so small and easy to hide, but if worn down it kinda squeezes my nose. Not complaining for the price though! Would recommend as a hider.

The length is a bit short for my liking, but since it's a retainer it's not particularly meant to be seen even when flipped down. I'd still like it a bit more noticeable. Otherwise I enjoy the sharp angles on it, which really helps it stay in as long as you aren't violently blowing your nose.

This retainer is great! It's hard to get in for a while but when its in you can easily hide it with no problem. My only problem is that it can move and fall out when it's flipped down, especially when your sleeping.
