This item is hand carved from organic material and the gauge will vary +/- up to 0.5mm.
The inlays are only on one side. The other side is just black horn, so it's like getting two pairs of eyelets for the price of one.
All sizes have an approximate 3/8" wearable.

These are cool little tunnels! The checkers come out nicely even at such a small size, I don't know how it would look any smaller, though. They're eye-catching enough to be noticed, but no so much that they're distracting.
