Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Gorgeous gem and a great navel curve for the price. Unfortunately, it was too short for my navel. Should've gotten a longer length.

So gorgeous. I got this for my vertical labret. The bottom ball is pretty big and it's too heavy for daily wear but I like to put it on when I'm getting fancy.

I LOVE IT! The color is awesome, the gem really sparkles. Great quality of course. It's a little heavy but comfortable as hell for my vertical labret.
