Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Since I have a pretty deep navel, this piece is perfect for my body. Plus I like the kinda oversized balls; it's very attention grabbing.

I had no idea how beautiful this would be. The alexandrite changes color depending on the light - sometimes it is a deep purple (like some amethysts), other times it is paler and looks blue or green. Absolutely stunning.

Awesome, gorgeous, everything I imagined! Had a hard time getting the ball off but solved that by wrapping a bandaid around it for grip. When first inserted, the fact that the ball was internally threaded made my piercing itchy, I don't know why, but it only lasted about 20 minutes. I haven't not taken it out since it arrived, and I am so proud to be wearing this gorgeous piece of Anatometal!

You can definitely tell that this is good quality body jewellery! The threading stays on tight and the colour of the gem is absolutely beautiful! And such a good price for anatometal!
