Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Amazing quality, beautiful cut! My navel was taking forever to heal, and after putting in this piece it healed in 1 month. no more discharge or bleeding, and the metal stays highly polished and beautiful with little maintenance needed. 10/10 Anatometal, keep up the great work!

This is a gorgeous piece. The titanium metal is excellent for my sensitive skin - I never experience any reddening - and it stays shiny and never discolors, unlike many cheap metals. The natural jade is attractive and the setting is unique. Internal threading is always a plus, too! After over two years of wearing this piece, I lost the ball. It was definitely worth the money and trouble to buy a replacement. I got this on clearance for $26. I don't know that I'd make the same decision if it was at full price - I think it was around $45 normally.

I wasn't sure how I'd feel about this but I actually like it a lot. It's perfect for days when I don't want to wear anything flashy. Very high quality and the onyx is very well polished.
