Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

One of my favorite pieces of body jewelry EVER! I've had it for over two years and I still wear it regularly. I wish it was available in surgical steel or titanium, though. I can only wear it for a few days before my skin starts to redden. (This will only cause you trouble if you have sensitive skin like me, though!)

I really like this one. Simple yet sexy. It was a bit of a pain for everyday wear as the ring kept flipping around, but that might not bug everyone. It drove me nuts, but I still love it for when I want something a little extra.0
