Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

I bought this for my sister for christamas. She LOVES it. It sparkles like nothing else and the gems are really stick in there (unlike her old one where the gems fell out)

I absolutely love this product. I was so wishy-washy in spending that amount of money on it, but WOW. Unfortunately, I lost the top bead, so I need to order a new one, but it's worth it.

Gauge purchased: 14. I wanted this forever but didn't want to spend the money. When I got a coupon code for April Fool's, I finally bought it. It looks really great in my navel, too bad the top fell off the 2nd day and got lost in my bed. I'm ordering a replacement for it. One bad experience won't deter me from buying from IS or BAF.

Bought this one for my wife as she wanted a collection og belly-piercing jewellery for every occasion. It's fabulous quality and so well made. We're considering changing the stone for a real diamond as the setting is quite up to it. Great stuff - keep it up BAF! Cheers!
