Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

This piece is gorgeous, but very cheaply made. I didn't wear it even a day and the entire dangle snapped right off. I still keep the barbell to wear, but I am disappointed that it broke so quickly. Not worth the money.

I just got this for my boyfriend. And it wasn't on a day and it broke. The one hook snapped right off. And my boyfriend is skinner than most girls so it's not like he did anything wrong. This is the first product that has ever unsatisfied me from this website. Such a shame because the product really is beautiful. But overall its poorly made.

I just got this in the mail yesterday. :) The picture does not do it justice; it's gorgeous! Because the product information does not say it and I was curious myself, I thought I'd mention that the dangle is about twice the length of the barbell; maybe about 1 1/4" to 1 1/2". I'd recommend this product to anyone.
