Beautiful when I first got it, received many compliments, but after a while the metal started to come off the wings themselves. Pretty upsetting, but definitely one of a kind.

Love this bar for my industrial, super cute and looks great in. Only complaint is the wings are not steel - looks to be plastic, side closest to hairline is wearing off and pink is starting to show through.

Both ends do unscrew - or at least the one I received did. I just got a pair of pliers, clamped down on the barbell with it (used a rubber band to cushion it and add extra grip) and twisted off the wing with my hand. It required very little torque, I was surprised at how easy it was. They do have a bit of weight to them but they're really pretty.
