I got a pair of these for my friend since she recently had her nipples done. Hers are about average-sized, and the bar fits pretty well. The balls are easy to screw on and off. The only thing I dislike is that the red on the ones I received looks really pink instead of red. Otherwise, the design is cool and the jewelry seems pretty comfy.
