I LOVED this product at first because it looks absolutely adorable. The skull and bow piece however do not move and that combined with the size of the bow prevented me from being able to fully insert the barbell.

Pink bow with skull in the middle, it can be taken off which is cool and doesn't move around very much.

Both of these items in 1-1/2" and 1-1/4" were impossible to put in my wife's industrial because the gems/decoration does not move. ***Do not order these unless you are sure you have flexibility in your cartilage to insert these from inside the ridges of your ear.***

Bought this for my girlfriend, she absolutely loves it. So adorable. The bow and skull seem to be a lot smaller than we expected it to be, but its great just as it is.

I absolutely adore this barbell, but the skull and bow don't move so I can't get it in my ear. But I love it so much I just ordered a smaller size so I can wear it :)
