Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

I have two industrials, one in each ear. Bought these to try something different from just plain stainless. They're a great quality product. Perfect size, never had trouble with the acrylic balls breaking or splitting. They look great. They are now my everyday industrial jewellery.

I pretty much purchased this solely for the steel post because it's great quality for a great price. The white acrylic balls are a plus, even though the threading doesn't usually last as long as I'd like.
