I think I prefer this over the delrin bar, it feels smoother. The length was perfect since I knew my tongue would swell up.

I believe these are just a smidge larger than 0 gauge. Mine was filled with teflon "shavings" when I removed the end, and I needed to rinse it out before wearing. The end screws and unscrews easily but stays put when it should.

Cleanly machined. Slightly oversize per gauge standards. Threads are snug enough so no unscrewing problem noted so far. Comfortable to wear.
