I wear these in my lobes. I didn't have to muck around with them like other reviewers, but that may be because of where I choose to wear them. They fit great, are light weight, and it wasn't very difficult to line up to get the bar through. The balls are perhaps a little large for the jewelry, but that could easily be changed.

This looks really cute, but is a fair pain to get in half of the time! Still worth it though! Was also expecting the helix dangle itself and the screw on balls for the barbell to be a little smaller, but this size is still good.

Like others I had to mess with the helix itself to make sure it was wide enough to fit around the ear, but it really wasn't a big deal. The piece moved with little trouble and was able to be pushed back in place once I had it on the barbell and secured. I love these. My only regret is that they don't come in a larger gauge for when I move up.

Not impressed, was very cute but difficult to put in and was too tight on my ear. i cant wear it.
