I bought this piece to update an old cartlidge piercing. I prefer the smaller ends, so this is perfect. I bought a threadless prong-set gem to put in it, and I love it! I would definitely recommend it.

i was rather disheartened when i saw how small they were in my package, but after putting them was happy by the modest lil barbells that grace my cartilage (i have 2). But it can get quite fiddly and poked myself a little result in a slight sore ear.

SO much easier to put in than a threaded piece of the same size. No fiddling, easy to push together and very secure.

Gauge purchased: 18g I really like the threadless barbells for the small gauges because they are so much easier. I just wish the balls were larger.

Gauge purchased: These barbells are really something, I mean when you get them there so shiny, the titanium on them is really different then any other metal. These also look really good in cartilages.
