Which is better?
Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

Gauge purchased: These barbells are really something, I mean when you get them there so shiny, the titanium on them is really different then any other metal. These also look really good in cartilages.

Gauge purchased: 18g-1/4" I bought this for my cartlidge piercing. It is awesome quality and is extreamly convenient. It is absolutely one of my favorite barbells.

Gauge purchased: 18g These little barbells are fantastic, my piercer introduced me to them as an alternative to nose screws, and the difference is incredible! I am never going back. I use a one-inch piece of tiger's tail wire to guide the post through the inside of my nostril, and taking them in and out is a breeze. I definitely recommend these to anyone with a pierced nose who is sick of nose screws.
