Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

i liked the colour of this piece in the light. however the glow was inconsistent. the threaded end glowed very brightly where the rest of the piece did not. kind of a shame. but the design of the piece was nice. small ends, only one of which was threaded and removable, which was convenient and comfortable for a large size. the wearable was also perfect for me. besides the glow being a bit of a let down, i was happy with the piece.

The only issue I have with this product is that the edges are a little sharp and made for a slightly uncomfortable insertion.

I really like these barbells, they're cheap and comfortable. I asked for a lighter blue and got exactly that.

Just like the straight acrylic barbell, this guy is amazing. Not terribly long, and the balls are not GIGANTIC like most large gauge barbells.. So it was very comfortable to wear in my tongue. Would buy again!

I have gotten these in different sizes and colours and they haven't disappointed me yet. I got so many of these. I think I should just stick to buying one at each size until my goal size, THEN buy all the colours haha.
