You DO NOT need to include the gauge as you will select it when you add the item to cart .

Please be simple & to the point, for example: 1/2" long; ALL polish; 3/16" balls. We do not need extra information such as "Please get this 14g item in all dark blue with 3mm balls". Whatever you type in goes directly to the company, so less text, and straight to the point is better.

After you have typed in your specs, select the item you want in the drop down menu and hit "Add to cart". If you accidentally mess up, just remove the item from your cart and then re-add it.

Anatometal jewelry has a flawless finish, made from implant grade materials, & all jewelry is made in the USA.

* What gem color do you want? (See chart below)

Some stones in 2mm will look clear or very faint. Examples are: lavender, champagne, amber yellow, aquamarine, blue zircon, and tanzanite.

1/8" ball has a 2mm gem
5/32" ball has a 3mm gem
3/16" ball has a 4mm gem
7/32" ball has a 4mm gem
1/4" ball has a 5mm gem
5/16" ball has a 6mm gem
3/8" ball has a 7mm gem

These are the standard bead sizes for each gauge/diameter combination as Anatometal machines their captives. If you'd like a custom bead size for a gauge/diameter combination, please contact customer service, as an small, additional fee may apply.

The bronze titanium is beautiful! The opal reflects many beautiful colours. I am really happy, this is my favorite septum jewelry! Great quality and for such a good price.

I bought this for my septum and its beautiful! I tend to play with my septum jewelry sometimes, though, so the ball always gets flipped around so that the gem isn't visible lol.

gold Ti and a teal opal is my new favorite combo! it's lightweight and the opal catches the light well, the bead is a bit of a challenge to take on/off but other than that, it's perfect!
