Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. It's better for your piercing and is only made out of certified top quality materials. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

It's easy to accidentally screw the cones on either too loosely or crookedly. Other than that, great product.

They are a bit difficult to screw on, but they stay on really well! What I've noticed though is that the black stripes (the colouring in the grooves) have flaked off a bit after a few months of wear, which is a shame. But they still look good!

Pretty nice, a little hard to get in my ears though. MUCH easier to work with than circular barbells with the balls.
