Great jewelry that looks equally edgy and sophisticated. High-quality steel. Both spiked balls can screw off, but stay on securely. Not a problem to sleep in these because the spikes curve away from my skin. Otherwise, quite sharp but not painful. I would wear these in either the first or the second ear piercing.

These are good quality, and although the spikes are sharp, I am able to sleep with them in my earlobes and they don't poke me. I also thought they look cool if you put the spikes on a smaller circular barbell, then the tips of the spikes touch or slightly cross.

These look amazing, and are super shiny. The spikes are pretty sharp though, so I do not suggest sleeping in these. They look great in lobes.
