Internally threaded is top of the line body jewelry, but it is also more expensive. We recommend buying internally threaded jewelry. Professional externally threaded jewelry comes lathed down on the end which helps to reduce tearing when jewelry is inserted.

I love this septum ring! It's a little bit bigger than I thought it would be, but it looks awesome regardless!

Got this for a septum ring, however since the size tapers at the ends it tends to slip around and doesn't stay centered...which is annoying on your face. Very cool look otherwise though. Great for other piercings.

It's worth the buy although the curve of the barbell fluctuate from small at the end and big in the middle. however the design is unique and i must say 1 of a kind so far.
