16g 1/4" Clear gems
I love this little barbell, I wore it in my tragus for a few months and it's still in perfect condition. The balls screw on easily even though they're tiny. I bet this would look excellent in a septum!

This is by far the best economy septum piece I've found. It's not great quality, but it's a cute and inexpensive alternative, especially for those who like the look of tiny, fitted pieces. If you plan on using the 1/4" diameter in a septum, make sure to expand it a bit first, so it will fit and look better.

I guessed on the diameter and despite how tiny it looks in my hand, it fits perfectly in my septum! It's really snug and dainty. Even my septum-hating bf thinks it looks cute!

I really want to like these barbells, but they are just so tiny, and even though I have small hands I still had trouble with them. I was planing on wearing them in my helices, but it would have been very difficult to actually put them in, especially with such small and easily lost jewelry parts as these. Thankfully, they are fairly inexpensive, and I may be able to find some other use for them.
