Not the greatest tasting stuff, but not as bad as regular salt water. At least this leaves a somewhat minty freshness behind :-P

I used it with a q-tip on the outside of my snakebites and then swished it like it says to on the bottle and it really helped them heal a lot nicer then just the soap and regular mouthwash I was using before that. It's definitely my go to rinse for if I'm ever going to get another oral piercing. Glad I discovered it existed.
